Wired to the moon Posts: 2,049 Group: C Rank Adventurer Member #5,164 Joined: January 17, 2008	Well, appart from the fact i think Sonic X was a complete faliure. I still think there is some sort of potenial left in it. Now I spotted these screenshots just a while ago http://membres.lycos.fr/spinattack2/SonicX/3season/TVBlazefuture.png http://membres.lycos.fr/spinattack2/SonicX/3season/TVSilvervolcano.png http://membres.lycos.fr/spinattack2/SonicX/3season/TVShadowMephiles.png now, obvisouly these could be a just rumour, and turn out to be, surprise surprise. fake. But it was the 3rd picture, of Shadow and Mephiles that got me. Since, it really does actually look pretty darn real. So does, anyone think it could be possible. Would they make another Sonic X season based on Sonic 2006, or this just another fake rumour Edited by cap, Jun 2 2008, 09:36 AM.

I still can't use this. Posts: 6,546 Group: Former Monarchs Member #6,722 Joined: March 16, 2008	I don't think one can tell from the screenshots alone whether or not the rumor is legit. Sonic X had such a simplistic art style and at most times the characters were so off-model due to a lacking budget and different animation teams that a screenshot from an autistic chimp could be confused as something real. The thing that catches my attention, though, is how episode 79 was rumored to play around this time; and surprise, surprise, we get some screenshots today. It's a big coincidence that's making me curious about the entire endeavor, especially since more episodes have been rumored to be in production for a long time. So, while a little thing inside of me is hopeful, this is all just a big waiting game until someone confirms the source of those screenshots or we get official confirmation elsewhere.

That's what's making me think this could be true.

Plus, since he and Blaze never appeared in the show, it's hard to mimic the style for them. So, the chances of this being true have ultimately but reduced to slim by a good artist whom has given me the urge to strangle. There's still the report from Polstat and other related websites to go on, but don't expect anything out of it. XP

And considering it's been about... 3-4 years since we've heard anything from TMS or Sega, it's more than likely dead. XP

Guys, I just heard from Wikipedia that TMS Entertainment may produce a Series 4 to Sonic X. This is the article that I found: "Rumors have begun to circulate about a possible fourth season of Sonic X being in development; for instance, according to SonicHQ,[2] TMS is listing Sonic X among the anime they are producing, (although this may be because the third season has not yet been broadcast in Japan[3]). The ending of the 3rd Season, Episode 78, has also fueled speculation. There were many unresolved cliffhangers, such as what happened to Chris after he left Sonic's world, what the pot shown at the end of the episode is supposed to represent (this is rumored to be the seed of Cosmo that Sonic found), and what happened to Shadow. Some 4Kids TV executives have said that Sonic X has ended and there will be no new episodes.[citation needed] However, nothing has been confirmed either way." I also found out that Toonami, which is on Saturdays at 7-11 P.M. on Cartoon Network, will show series 4 of Sonic X at 7:00 P.M., replacing Dragon Ball Z. I don't know when that will start, but check C.N.'s website every so often for updates. Toonami's dub will be way better than 4Kids' and Ryan Drummand will be back to host Sonic's voice, but everyone else have different voice actors. Who hopes? But this info was released in 2007, so I'm guessing they are adding tons of scenes to it to make it better. Or that it ain't real? Or that it's just late?

Anyways, I stand by the notion that the story of that game is actually pretty good; one of the better ones in the series. A cartoon adaptation would have been awesome as well.

Anyway, I believe they said that they'll do another season. Plus, in every anime/cartoon, the last episode will end in the whole cast doing something together. That season was just "Tails cries as he holds a seed". I'm sure they'll be a season. Believes Knuckles X > Sonic X, with Chaotix, Mighty, Ray, and whatnot. Edited by Haro, Jun 2 2008, 04:36 PM.
