I would like to know what your looking for when listening to music. Is it the Vocals, Rythm, Solo performances and so on. My oppinion would stand pretty clear. I can listen to mostly anything if the song have rythm. I usually dislikes however pop in general. I never felt the catch in that. Take me wrong, though bwah could have easily living with a bit difference of music on the radio then just Maria Carey or anyone else singing with their voices what i feel little is appealing to my own taste. So what is the big issue on selecting your favourites in music. Let's be a bit more descriptive. Why do you like or dislike the music in general.

Vocals... Only if they're extremely horrible or extremely good do they effect the song for me. Also I look for a catchy riff. Doesn't have to be complex, just catchy.
