Def Leppard is a british rock band from Sheffield who formed in 1977 as part of the New Wave of British Heavy Metal movement. Their type of music is hard rock, album-oriented rock (AOR), and heavy metal elements. Here's the list of people who are in Def Leppard or used to be in Def Leppard.

Current members

Joe Elliott - lead vocals, keyboards, additional guitar (1977–present)
Phil Collen - guitar, backing vocals (1982–present)
Vivian Campbell - guitar, backing vocals (1992–present)
Rick Savage - bass, keyboards, backing vocals (1977–present)
Rick Allen - drums, percussion, backing vocals (1978–present)

Former members

Steve Clark - guitar, backing vocals (1978–1991)
Pete Willis - guitar, backing vocals (1977–1982)
Tony Kenning - drums, percussion (1977–1978)
Frank Noon - drums, percussion (1978)

Touring musicians

Jeff Rich - drums, percussion (August 5th, 6th, 7th & 10th 1986 - supplement to Rick Allen)

They are still around today they just released their new single on Guitar Hero 3: Legends Of Rock as a downloadble content but someday Def Leppard will release their new album with that song in there. They are coming out with a new album called Songs from the Sparkle Lounge which it comes out April 29th so buy that album before it's too late.

Christmas is back again

I know them pretty well. Maybe not the biggest fan of their music, though they have pretty good range with their music. So yeah like them, just not staying as a huge fan. :o

Lol, my mom watches Dancing With The Stars, I caught their performance tonight, they sounded pretty good for some old farts, specially the singer.
