Marble Garden Act 1

This is my epic conspiracy theory, combining elements of Sonic Battle, Riders and in future, possibly SatSR and '06, as the World Rigns are vastly similar to the Emeralds, and parallel world/future connections must also be explored. Note: I am not highly religious. I am atheist and make it my duty to learn about as many religions as I can, including the occultic. If you are offended by this, too bad. B) This quote from my blog, which I will not link as it contains possible offensive content, contains quotes from Wikipedia and MSN conversations. The following may contain profanity, but the filters will probably take care of it: ![]() Note how the Emeralds in this picture line up with the points of the Symbol of Chaos. Interesting, isn't it? The servers are the seven Chaos. Chaos is power. Power is enriched by the heart. Browsing on Wikipedia to research for my fanfic/find articles to edit for the SEGA WikiProject, I found some interesting stuff, and decided to put together what I learned. Putting two and two together from the Emerl article.
Now, the only civilisation to have been introduced after this is Babylon, of course. The Babylon article says that the civilisation WAS around ~4,000 years ago.
Logically, this means that Emerl would have been created by the Babylonians. Why? I dunno. Also, from the Chaos Emeralds article:
So, the Babylonians did something with the Chaos Emeralds. Is this to do with their fall from grace? Were the Chaos Emeralds brought over from another planet?
Was Emerl animated from the Chaos Emeralds? Is this why the Babylonians were punished, because they brought life to machines? ...I think I've struck gold here, guys. Now, I've already been inserting occultic themes into my fic, but it actually works with the whole Babylon thing.
Yes, yes I can.
What have we learned today? 1. The Babylonians are the progenitors of Sonic myth 2. They are slightly based on the original Babylonians - therefore - worshipped Tiamat the dragon goddess - which is now an occultic character - therefore - the Babylonians were occultists 3. The Babylonians brought life to Emerl - therefore - the Babylonians were occultists 4. The Babylonians created/imported the Chaos Emeralds - therefore - brought Chaos magick to Mobius - therefore - the Babylonians were occultists 5. The Babylonians angered their gods and were thrown from grace - therefore - the Babylonians were occultists 6. Therefore - referring back to #1 - the Chaos Emeralds are occultic symbols 7. Therefore - Chaos is affected by the negative Chaos magick of the Emeralds - remember in SA1, how he took the negative energy of the Emeralds and Sonic took the positive energy? This is proof of this. 8. Therefore - Chaos was corrupted by the Emerald power, which is why he became a destructive god - hence the name 'Chaos' 9. Therefore; the Chaos Emeralds SHOULD bring evil to whoever possesses them 10. BUT, Sonic is said to have a pure heart, so he is unaffected by this. 11. BUT, Chaos was originally a Chao, with a pure heart. 12. Does this mean we will be seeing a Dark Super Sonic soon? Does this mean that by turning into a werewolf, Sonic is exhausting the dark energy of the Emeralds? OR, was Tikal's kindness delaying this for Chaos? Is the kindness of Sonic's friends saving him from destruction? 13. What does Iblis have to do with all this? I never played '06. Keep in mind that Iblis is the Islamic name for the devil. Fanfiction fodder ahoy! So yes, you like my post? Does it make sense, or did I go off on the wrong tangent? Can the same be said for the World Rings? What of the Sol Emeralds, Solaris, Iblis and the djinn? Or am I just crazy? :whoa: EDIT: '06 disregarded as it canonically never happened, but should still be investigated. Currently comparing World Rings and Emerald similarities. Can someone who actually beat Erazor give me the backstory for Alf-Layla and Darkspines?
Chao, eh?

I think you're reading WAY too much into the games, if someone from Sega read this, they'd probably think you were psychotic! |

Okay, I beat him. No info behind the Darksipnes besides the fact the only people from outside of the book can transform into one, they also must be really angry(like wanting to kill someone angry) and have all seven World Rings. Alf'Layla you say? Alf-Layla Wa-Layla is basically an imperfected monster, say you turned into him. You'd be very strong, BUT you'd have like less than half of a heart. Enough info? |

If you don't mind me saying, I would have to go with the choice that says you're crazy. ![]() WARNING. Spoilers ahoy. I think you've miscredited the creators of Emerl. Although the civilization that created it was advanced, they were subsequently destroyed by Emerl itself. Zero Gravity introduces the theory that the Babylonians were "punished" and destroyed by a huge black hole caused when they lost control of the Arks of the Cosmos. These two civilizations died by different means, thus nullifying the Babylonians' involvement in Emerl's creation. And although I'm unnecessarily grasping at straws at this point, it can be inferred that the Babylonians didn't even know the Emeralds existed, or at least didn't care. Jet's conversation with Eggman in the beginning suggests that he knew little to nothing about them, saying "... we just need to collect these Chaos Emeralds, right?" His tone and way of speaking suggests that he was just then being informed of their existence, and never in either game do the Rogues seem to care much for their value. It heavily goes against the fact that they're treasure hunters and further suggests that the Babylonians never gave jack about the Emeralds (or that Sonic Team has bad writers. <3) Regarding your overall non sequitur at the end, you assume too much. Just because the Babylonians were based around the Babylonians of real life, you cannot assume that they both worshiped the same gods. I think the fact that the fictional civilization came from outer space destroys any chances of the two having anything in common, especially their gods. We can also infer that they didn't create the Emerald from the above argument. Regarding the Emeralds, you're also making flimsy accusations, considering absolutely nothing is given about their origin in the games in the first place. Also, the whole "power enriched by the heart" shtick floating throughout the games only suggests that the objects simply amplify a person's thoughts and feelings into power as conveniently said by Blaze in Sonic '06. Whether or not a person is vengeful or benevolent, the Chaos Emeralds endow them with the arbitrary and necessary abilities assuming they are capable of using them. Now, to answer your question about Iblis, it really has no direct relation to the Emeralds, at least by itself. It has different forms, but the Emeralds are not considered a cause of them. It is only when it combines with Mephiles at the end to become Solaris do the Emeralds come into play and strengthen it. |

I beleive that something deeper then that was going on The emeralds may have been created by antoher universe, or planet perhaps. But I beleive the chaos emeralds came into existence becaouse they represent the clash of good and evil. Someone wanted to abuse this power, so they created Emereld and this leads to Chaos's eil reaction to the Emeralds. Chaos was curropted by they're power and only the pure of heart can obtain the power of true chaos. Past: The master Emerald was most likely created by Tikal's Ancestry because of how kind and caring the must be. The master Emerald is not corrupted like the Chaos Emeralds. The Babylonians fit into this becaouse they most likely were corrupted at the time of the Chaos turn Which lead them to a horrible Demise or so the whatever spirit holds in the chaos Emeralds thought. I know its stupid.... |

I have done research on dark spines. Believe it or not, the Arabian Nights ARE real :o . Sonic DOESN'T need all seven world rings... the only ones he absorbed were anger, sadness, and rage. Sonic transforms into Dark Spines when his negitive emotions are amplified. The seven rings stand for the seven seas and the seven hearts that make up the Arabian Nights book. These hearts are as follows: Anger, Sadness, Rage, Joy, Prayers, Wishes, Pleasure. Erazors final form is incomplete due to the fact that "the collector of the rings shall be offered up in sacrafice for that control." Since Sonic was the collector and Erazor did NOT fuse with him, he was incomplete. So, technically Dark Spines is just the end product of Sonic's negitive emotions being amplified with the 3 NEGITIVE rings. |

Actually i think it was wise to look this far into the games. Sega seems to tie history into their games quite often. And with your research you have gained a lot of knowledge on ancient civilizations. |
