Then scroll down and click on : Download Sonic Battle ME BUT now you need two things: 1) You do need your own version of MUGEN to play this. You can get that here: http://randomselect.i-xcell.com/ On the left tab, select: Download MUGEN and get the MUGEN that runs on your OS 2) And if you don't have 7-Zip already, get it here cause the Sonic Battle ME file is a 7-Zip File: http://www.7-zip.org/ Once you got all that, just put the winmugen.exe or whatever the exe file is for your OS into your Sonic Battle ME folder and blamo! You got it!

Did you download mugen as well? *EDIT: Also, remember: You do need your own version of MUGEN to play this. You can get that here: http://randomselect.i-xcell.com/ On the left tab, select: Download MUGEN and get the MUGEN that runs on your OS MUGEN comes in a .rar or.zip file if I remember correctly. If you have windows, it should be in the .rar or .zip file as "winmugen.exe".

That readme file is a lie! I apologize for the inconvienince but you do need to transfer one more file from your MUGEN folder called zlib.dll. Put zlib.dll from your mugen folder into your Sonic Battle ME folder and THEN it should work. I just tried it myself and it works fine now. Mah bad!
