Yeah, fat chance that any of you guys here are doctors (and if anyone here is, I stand corrected) but maybe you know something I don't. Frequently (but not everyday) when I wake or OR if I'm about to fall asleep, I get muscle spazums in either my eyelids or in my right thigh and they're quite annoying. Any suggestions on how to rid of this? I also apologize if I put this in the wrong section. I figured that advice was a broad general topic... <_<

Heh. Nah, I don't drink ANY energy drinks and very little soda. And my doctor's a quack and he can't do jack for me.

Well, when I need information on stuff like that I always check WebMD. But other than that, all I can say is ask a doctor.

I still can't use this.

Well, try drinking more water; could be a sign of dehydration in my experience. XP

I get a twitching eyelid when I'm in the company of a gal who I fancy the arse off but this is different.

As suggested above, could be dehydration. In that case, drink a pint of water about an hour before you go to bed, see if that makes a difference.

Failing that, try multi-vitamins if your parents are cool with that and the doctor agrees. I took some under recommendation from a doctor - apparently I was lacking in some big-named mineral that was preventing my nerve synapses from firing on all cylinders. But they should compliment a balanced diet, and aren't an excuse to eat Big Macs all the time :P

Last resort, maybe you're stressed out over something subconsciously - money worries, concerned someone or yourself is in trouble in some way, could be anything. What I do to de-stress is to play a good destructive computer game - takes it all out of you <3

Oh wow. Thank you all. I guess I don't drink enough water come to think of it. And there have been times where I just can't sleep. And by the way Darkness, I do take Centrum but thats it. Thanks for the info everyone.
