his Is Alfaalfa's DC
The electronics of his dc are implanted into a sega saturn case.

This is Marvin's DC, modified to have a vga port (handy) and a head phone jack. and a switch to switch back and forth between vga and the standard dc av cables/rf switch. vga is much better :)

This is Funking's DC, repainted and he added some LED lights, also the LED's above the controller points will turn red if no controller is connected in that port. cool huh.

the Dreamcast could have been big, if they put DVD in it. PS2!!!!! You ruined Sega!!!

No, PS2 didn't ruin sega. What ruined sega was the lack of anti-piracy... You could easily rent a game and burn it and it would work. How can you make money like that? If they actually had money I'm sure it would have stayed around, but if I remember correctly, they were still hurting from the Saturn.

Saturn was a HUGE FAILURE. it had incredibly low sales and quality. i do hope that maybe, one day, Sega might return to making consoles.

Sadly it might have been saved if their flagship title came out... Sonic Xtreme would have probably kept it up there with Playstation. Instead they canned it and came out with a port for Sonic 3D..

Even if that game were to have come out tha system would have still been a pile of trash compared to other stuff. It wasnt the absence of tha game that screwed tha Saturn, it was the fact that Sega wasnt ready to jump to that kind of platform yet. I'll bet they rushed it through production and made it sound a lot better than it was. Plus it was too complex a system for things to run smoothly... and they didnt work all tha bugs outta it b4 it was released. Basiclly, the was Sega planned to go about making it, it was doomed from tha start.

Pacfan has left the building. There will be no return from me either.
(Dubbmatic is my come and go account, as for this one, I want it to remain inactive, it symbolizes my solidified stay at Sonic Blast. To use it now puts it to shame)

*UPDATE: I have returned my name back to it's original form that most of you had come to know me by. It seemed more fitting.*

Good bye to any and all!

I don't know... If that game came out and saturn became popular, more companies would make games for it, and they'd learn how to make games for the complex system. PS2 was complex, but that didn't stop it. ;)

from wat was said, the people who played it at the first E3, said the game was pretty bad. the Dreamcast could have still been around, if the Saturn was a better system. i think part of the reason the Gamecube is still around was because of how good the Nintendo 64 was.

Actually GC is still around, because Nintendo profits off of their hardware, unlike Sega, Sony, and Microsoft where they lose money on their systems, but get profit from software, which is why the DC failed, because they didn't make money from their games.

One game cant save no system. By that time Sonic was startin to go downhill anyway. Just face it, Saturn was crap from tha very begining.

It was crap, because there weren't many games. And one game can do wonders for a system if it's popular/goog enough. Look what GTA did for Playstation 2.
