Foresight like this is not unprecedented to a meager mortal mind, being a personal choice. I may have granted him this boon had he requested, but it'd be a silly request. Also, do not wear sunglasses at night. You look stupid. They are intended to shade your eyes from bright light. There is no brilliance of light at night, as it is already shaded.
