Essentailly, the government dicided to block of certain parts of the net and of course, that stepped on a few peoples toes. So, a rebel faction of Operators and their team of Net Navis set out to free the network from goverment control, allowing free access once more. Not really. \|D; Also, after reading Daikenki's flavour text: It defeats foes with just one swing of the sword on its armour. It can dominate foes by only howling. I hate this Pokemon even more now.
