Just chuck everything into HP and Speed and he's good. Nothing else matters since it changes based on what it transformed into. @Mio: Ah... I'll have to look into this. :3

I hardly see how it can be improved, seeing as it's only as good as the Pokemon it copies. xD Apparently it gets a new ability (I think a Dream World ability) that lets it either copy Pokemon as soon as enters battle or lets you copy your own Pokemon. I forget which. And I think its transformation conditions get tweaked a bit as well. It transforms into your opponents pokemon instantly. Still doesn't make it worth using however.

Bingo. REAL LIFE EXAMPLE! When in double battles, I tend to send out Dusknoir and Ditto first. If I think there's something on the other side that's useful, I'll transform into that. Otherwise, I'll have him transform into Dusknoir and annoy the other side with double wallness. Dusknoir can be substituted for my Slowking for more special based teams. At any rate, I'm told I'm good with stalling tactics. xD;
