Haven't even seen that episode yet. Mostly because the Commie fansubs mysteriously stopped at episode nine before all existence of it being completely erased. It's almost as if I somehow stepped into a world line where Commie never started subbing it in the first place... OH MY GAR I HAVE THE READING STEINER |

Waaaaaay too soon. Gainax always delivers, my friend. Unless we're talking about quality endings in which case eh. But seriously, it depends on your taste. If you dropped it before Medaka kicks a metal baseball bat in half, it's probably too soon, but to each their own. |

Depends on the anime, Gurren Lagann's ending was pretty good... in comparison to... *points to the End of Evangelion* And oh yes, that episode... I died when they asked if she could break those cuffs since she kicked a metal baseball bat in two and she went all like "Oh, is it alright if I can break these?" and the looks on Onigase and Zenkichi were completely priceless. |
