Oh, hey, Virgil. For that Warhammer RP you're supposedly still working on, I decided to go ahead and work on a bit of a reference for my Chaos faction. If you want status on the progress of the Warhammer RP... I can show you the Warhammer RP right here so far.
Warhammer RP - Imperium Faction The Imperium of Man The Imperium of Man (Latin: Imperium Hominis) is the galactic empire under which the majority of humanity is united. The founder and ruler of the Imperium is the god-like Emperor, the most powerful human psychic to date. Founding the Imperium roughly around ten thousand years ago. The Imperium is as of currently the largest and most powerful political entity in the galaxy, consisting of at least a million worlds, which are dispersed across most of the Milky Way galaxy. The Imperium was founded by the Emperor, also called "The Immortal Emperor", "God-Emperor", and the "Master of Mankind", at the end of the Age of Strife - a very long period of anarchy, war, and destructive regression which brought humanity to the brink of destruction and reversed the technological progression made in the Dark Age of Technology. As the Warp storms of the Age of Strife subsided, after having secured the scientific posts and spacedocks of Luna, along with the factories and scientists on Mars, the Emperor began to unite mankind under his rule. A vast navy was built, with which his armies undertook the Great Crusade, which lasted for about two centuries. During this two hundred year long military campaign, the Emperor employed his most potent military units, the Space Marine Legions, lead by their leaders, the Primarchs. These, combined with the might of the Imperial Army (which was later separated into the Imperial Guard and the Imperial Navy), brought thousands of human worlds together under the Imperium. The Great Crusade ended with the corruption and treachery of the Primarch Horus, the instigator of Horus Heresy rebellion. The rebellion was fought across the galaxy. Horus seeking to achieving a swift and decisive victory, lead most of the traitor forces directly for Terra. In the final decisive battle between the Emperor and the Arch-Traitor Horus, Horus was slain, leading to the break up of the rebellion. However the Master of Mankind was himself mortally wounded. According to his instructions he was placed on the life-preserving Golden Throne, where, for nearly ten thousand years, he has remained. Though physically a carcass incapable of movement or communication, his will, omnipotent, extends across the million worlds of the Imperium, beams the psychic energy of the Astronomican, soul-binds psychic humans and struggles against the daemons of the Warp. He endures by his undying will, and by the sustenance that only the souls of sacrificial psykers can provide. By the numberless masses of humanity he is worshipped as a god. However, despite its myriad problems, without the admittedly authoritarian and often harsh protection of the Imperium, Mankind as a whole would have fallen prey to the countless perils that threaten it. Without the Imperium and humanity's faith in the Emperor who guides it, the human race would have become extinct long ago. Internal Organizations The Imperium has many organizations and groups within it's structure. --- Military Forces:Adeptus Astartes The Adeptus Astartes or rather the legendary Space Marines (and colloquially as Angels of Death) are the most elite and feared fighting forces of the Imperium. The primary unit of organization is the Chapter, a self-contained army fully equipped with its own transport, non-combatant support staff, etc. There are around a thousand Chapters, each comprising a thousand Space Marines. There are far too few Space Marines to form the Imperium's main military forces; instead they operate as highly mobile strike forces. They are entrusted with the most dangerous missions, such as lightning raids behind enemy lines, infiltration and tunnel fighting. Through selection, training and conditioning, Space Marines are physically, mentally and spiritually superior to any other Imperial soldier or rather any human being for that matter. The first Space Marines were created from the genetic material of the Primarchs, the godlike sons of the God Emperor. After they were spirited away from their father by the Gods of Chaos. Twenty Legions of Space Marines were created, each from the genetic material of a specific Primarch. In the presence of the Astartes, most people feel a combination of awe and fear, and many cultures on the more primitive worlds simply worship them outright as demi-gods or angels of the Emperor made flesh. They should feel so, for many Space Marines feel little compassion for those they have sometimes termed "mortals" in comparison to themselves, seeing the very people they were created to protect as little more than obstacles to a more efficient eradication of the Imperium's enemies. This is an attitude sometimes taken by whole Chapters. They see normal humans as frail, weak creatures given to the follies of temptation, avarice, greed, lust and cowardice; all emotions they rarely feel, if ever. Yet there are some Astartes who remember why they were created by the Emperor, who avoid the trap of hubris which the Space Marines are so prone to and which has seduced so many of their number to serve the Ruinous Powers of Chaos. They are the final guardians of Mankind, the saviours of last resort. They were intended not to lead humanity, but to defend it, sometimes even from itself. At the heart of that mission lies the limitless compassion the Emperor extended to every man and woman in the galaxy when he willingly chose to condemn himself to more than ten thousand years of imprisonment within a dying prison of flesh for their sake. Some Astartes sneer at compassion, seeing it as one more human weakness that has been purged from their superior bodies and minds. But the wisest of the Space Marines know that in the end compassion is their only salvation, as it is for all men. In that, they have proven themselves to be fully human, even if they are transformed into the lumbering steel giants that they are. Classes:
Tactical Marine [img][/img]
Tactical Marines are Space Marines who is equipped to fight using a variety of ranged weapons across a broad range of combat conditions. Usually in squads of ten or less lead by a Sergeant. They are the most abundant and most common form of Space Marine on the battlefield. They specialize in adaptability, able to use most weapons with ease along with being able change tactics on the fly. Chapters:Dark Angels Legion Number: I Primarch: Lion El'Jonson Chapter Master: Azrael Homeworld: Caliban (destroyed) Fortress-Monastery: The Rock Known Descendant Chapters: Angels of Absolution, Angels of Redemption, Angels of Vengeance, Guardians of the Covenant, Consecrators, Disciples of Caliban Main colours: Pre-Heresy: Black and white Post-Heresy: Dark green, black and red; Deathwing: Bone colour with green and red trim; Ravenwing: Black and white Specialty: Deathwing: Terminator veterans and hunting the Fallen. Ravenwing: Fast attack Battle Cry: "Repent! For tomorrow you die!"The Dark Angels are considered among the most powerful and secretive of the Loyalist Space Marine Chapters and were the first of the original twenty Space Marine Legions to be created during the First Founding. Though they claim complete allegiance and service to the Emperor of Mankind, their actions and secret goals at times seem at odds with that professed loyalty, as the Dark Angels strive above all other things to atone for an ancient crime committed over ten thousand standard years ago against the trust of the Emperor during the time of the Great Crusade and the Horus Heresy. White Scars Legion Number: V Primarch: Jaghatai Khan Chapter Master: Jubai Khan Homeworld: Mundus Planus (Chogoris) Fortress-Monastery: High in the Khum Karta mountains Known Descendant Chapters: Marauders, Rampagers, Destroyers, Storm Lords, Iron Talons Main colours: White Specialty: Fast attack Battle Cry: "For the Khan and the Emperor!"One of the First Founding Legions of the Adeptus Astartes. The White Scars are known and feared throughout the Imperium of Man for their highly mobile way of war, the White Scars are considered the masters of the lightning strike and hit-and-run attack and are particularly adapted to the use of the Astartes Assault Bike as their mechanical steeds. Bearing the ritual scars of bravery, these fierce warriors fight with all the tribal savagery that define the fierce steppe nomads of their homeworld Mundus Planus, bringing swift death to all of the enemies of the Imperium. Space Wolves Legion Number: VI Primarch: Leman Russ Chapter Master: Logan Grimnar Homeworld: Fenris Fortress-Monastery: The Fang Known Descendant Chapters: Wolf Brothers Main colours: Grey-blue Pre-Heresy: Grey Specialty: Assault Battle Cry: "For Russ and the Allfather or a feral howl!"The Space Wolves are one of the original twenty First Founding Space Marine Legions, and were once led by their famed Primarch, Leman Russ. After the Horus Heresy and the resultant Second Founding reforms of the Adeptus Astartes, the Space Wolves Legion was divided into two Chapters: the new Space Wolves Chapter, which was not compliant with the dictates of the Codex Astartes and retained the name of its parent Legion, and the second Chapter which took the name of the Wolf Brothers. The Wolf Brothers suffered from rampant mutation of their gene-seed not long after their Founding and were later disbanded. It is currently unknown if there are any other Successor Chapters of the Space Wolves in the Imperium. Imperial Fists Legion Number: VII Primarch: Rogal Dorn Chapter Master: Vladimir Pugh Homeworld: Terra Fortress-Monastery: Phalanx Known Descendant Chapters: Crimson Fists, Black Templars, Soul Drinkers, Iron Knights, Hammers of Dorn, Executioners, Iron Champions, Crimson Axes, Sons of Dorn Main colours: Yellow armour, Codex Astartes company shoulder pad trims Specialty: Siege Warfare Battle Cry: "Primarch-Progenitor, to your glory and the glory of him on earth!"The Imperial Fists are one of the First Founding Chapters of the Space Marines. They stand out from other Space Marine Chapters due to having no fixed homeworld, although they are most frequently based on Terra, using instead the 10,000-year-old mobile space fortress, Phalanx, as their Fortress-Monastery. They maintain recruitment-chapels on various worlds spread throughout the Imperium. Part of the Imperial Fists' duties during the Great Crusade were to function as the Emperor's "personal praetorians", accompanying him everywhere. The Imperial Fists were usually used to strike a decisive blow against the enemies he confronted during that time. The role of the Emperor's bodyguard since he was mortally wounded during the Horus Heresy and interred within the Golden Throne at the heart of the Imperial Palace on Terra has been entirely taken over by the Adeptus Custodes. Blood Angels Legion Number: IX Primarch: Sanguinius Chapter Master: Dante Homeworld: Baal Fortress-Monastery: Name Unknown Known Descendant Chapters: Angels Encarmine, Angels Sanguine, Angels Vermillion, Blood Drinkers, Exsanguinator, Flesh Eater, Flesh Tearers, Knights of Blood, Knights Sanguine, Lamenters, Blood Swords , Blood Legion, Red Wings Main colours: Blood Red Armor with Black Aquila Tactical Helmet: Red Assault Helmet: Yellow Devastator Helmet: Blue Veteran Helmet: Gold (in older codices the golden helmets were only true for Honour guard) Specialty: Assault, Deep Striking Battle Cry: "By the Blood Of Sanguinius! / For The Emperor and Sanguinius!"The Blood Angels are one of the twenty First Founding Legions of the Space Marines. They are well known for their bloodthirsty nature in battle, and feared for the curse of flawed gene-seed they carry. The Blood Angels are among the longest-lived of the Chapters of the Adeptus Astartes, with some of their Space Marines having served the Emperor of Mankind for over a thousand standard years. Thanks to recent events, their numbers have been severely depleted. Under the threat of extinction, and in order to quickly replenish their numbers, the Blood Angels were forced to ask their kindred Successor Chapters from subsequent Astartes Foundings for a tithe of warriors from the related Chapters' pools of Neophytes, their candidate Space Marines. With these tithes of new recruits, the Blood Angels were more quickly able to replenish their losses. Iron Hands Legion Number: X Primarch: Ferrus Manus Chapter Master Kardan Stronos Homeworld: Medusa Fortress-Monastery: N/A Known Descendant Chapters: Red Talons, Brazen Claws, Sons of Medusa Main colours: Black, Gray/Silver Specialty: Bionics Battle Cry: "The Flesh Is Weak!"The Iron Hands are a Loyalist Space Marines Chapter and one of the original First Founding Space Marine Legions created from the gene-seed of their martyred Primarch, Ferrus Manus. Like the other Loyalist Astartes Legions, the Iron Hands would later be divided up after the Horus Heresy into multiple different Chapters, as required by the Codex Astartes, although one Chapter of the original Legion remained known as the Iron Hands and is described below. Although unwavering in their faith in the Emperor of Mankind and his dream of human unity as embodied in the Imperium of Man, the Iron Hands also believe that human flesh is weak and easily corruptible, and strive to replace their organic bodies with more "pure" bionic substitutes, thus closely emulating the faith of the Adeptus Mechanicus' Cult of the Machine. Ultramarines Legion Number: XIII Primarch: Roboute Guilliman Chapter Master: Marneus Calgar Homeworld: Macragge Fortress-Monastery: Fortress of Hera Known Descendant Chapters: Eagle Warriors, Silver Eagles, Doom Eagles, Novamarines, Patriarchs of Ulixis, White Consuls, Black Consuls, Libators, Inceptors, Praetors of Orpheus, Genesis Chapter, Aurora Chapter, Sons of Guilliman, Silver Skulls, Sons of Orar, Mortifactors, Howling Griffons, Marines Errant, Fire Angels Main colours: Blue, white and gold Specialty: Codex Chapter Battle Cry: "Courage and Honor! The Ultramarines are considered one of the strongest and most honoured of all the Space Marine Chapters in the Imperium of Man, and were responsible for almost single-handedly holding the Imperium together after the Horus Heresy. Highly disciplined and courageous warriors, the Ultramarines have remained true to the teachings of their Primarch Roboute Guilliman for ten thousand years years. The name "Ultramarines" is a nod to both their standing among the other Space Marine Chapters, and their role as the source for the gene-seed of more Chapters of Astartes than any of the other former First Founding Legions combined. The culture of the Ultramarines is loosely themed upon the culture of Old Terra's ancient Roman Empire, as exemplified in their Astartes' pseudo-Latin names and their strict adherence to the Codex Astartes, as well as the society of their homeworld and the Chapter's method of recruitment. Salamanders Legion Number: XVIII Primarch: Vulkan Chapter Master: Tu`Shan Homeworld: Nocturne Fortress-Monastery: Prometheus Known Descendant Chapters: N/A Main colours: Green, Black and Gold Specialty: Close-quarter fire-fights Battle Cry: "Into the fires of battle, unto the anvil of war!"The Salamanders are one of the Loyalist First Founding Chapters of Space Marines. Their homeworld is the volcanic world of Nocturne. The Salamanders as a Chapter are unusually concerned with civilian casualties compared to most other Space Marines and believe that one of their most important duties is to protect the lives of the Emperor of Mankind's innocent subjects whenever and wherever possible. This is an attitude that developed as a consequence of the Salamanders' own unusually close connections to the Nocturnean people, as they are one of the only Chapters of Astartes who continue to interact with their families and the people of their homeworld after their transformation into Space Marines. For instance, it is not uncommon for a Salamander to serve as a clan leader among the Nocturneans and live with them when Chapter business does not require him to remain at the Chapter's fortress-monastery on Nocturne's moon of Prometheus. The Salamanders and their people as a whole are also defined by their adherence to a variation of the Imperial Cult called the Promethean Cult. Raven Guard Legion Number: XIX Primarch: Corax Chapter Master: Unknown Homeworld: Deliverance Fortress-Monastery: Ravenspire Known Descendant Chapters: Black Guard, Revilers, Raptors Main colours: Black, White Battle Cry: "Victorus aut Mortis"The Raven Guard is one of the original First Founding Chapters of Space Marines and was originally the XIX Space Marine Legion before the Second Founding and the adoption of the Codex Astartes. The Primarch of the Raven Guard was Corax, a name which is a play on the Latin word for raven, corvus (binomial species classification: corvus corax). The Raven Guard's homeworld is the planet called Deliverance, the airless mining moon of the Forge World Kiavahr, though its original name, before the Horus Heresy, was Lycaeum. The Raven Guard's fortress-monastery on Deliverance is known as the Ravenspire. The Raven Guard are known for their cool-headed, even intellectual temperament, their superb infiltration skills and skill at furious close-quarters engagements (as especially displayed by their Successor Chapter the Raptors). The Raven Guard are the masters of unseen warfare, only engaging in frontal assaults when no other option presents itself. Blood Ravens Legion Number: Unknown Primarch: Unknown Chapter Master: Azariah Kyras Homeworld: None / Fleet-based Chapter Fortress-Monastery: Battle Barge Omnis Arcanum Known Descendant Chapters: N/A Main colours: Dark red/black/parchment white. Specialty: Psykers Battle Cry: "Knowledge is power, guard it well."The Blood Ravens are a Loyalist Space Marine Chapter of unknown origins and Founding. The origins of the Blood Ravens are shrouded in mystery. This elusive Chapter has always been drawn to the pursuit of knowledge and the acquisition of ancient lore and produces an unusually high number of Librarians among its ranks as Neophytes develop psychic abilities soon after their implantation with the Blood Ravens' gene-seed organs. The powerful Blood Ravens Librarians guide the Chapter, enabling them to fight with a precision and calculated fury made possible by their ability to predict and thwart their enemy's strategies and tactics before they come to pass. These arcane powers have led to great speculation and some worry about the true nature and origins of this Chapter in the rest of the Imperium of Man. Also unique to the chapter is that their Chief Librarian, Azariah Kyras is also their Chapter Master. Black Templars Founding chapter: Imperial Fists Founding: Second Founding Chapter Master: Helbrecht Homeworld: Fleet-Based Chapter Fortress-Monastery: Eternal Crusader Main colours: Black with white shoulder pads Specialty: Close Combat Battle Cry: "No Pity! No Remorse! No Fear!"The Black Templars are a Loyalist Second Founding Space Marines Chapter derived from the Imperial Fists' gene-seed and their Primarch, Rogal Dorn. Their origin can be traced back to the Imperial Fists’ defence of Terra during the Horus Heresy. Since that time, the Black Templars have been on the longest Crusade the Imperium has ever known to prove their loyalty to the Emperor. They are also known for their aggressive close quarters tactics, and a brutality only matched by the Traitor Legion, the World Eaters. Adeptus Astartes - Chapter TemplateTemplate - Code:

Adepta Sororitas [img][/img]
The Adepta Sororitas, also known as the Sisters of Battle and formerly known as the Daughters of the Emperor, are an all-female division of the Imperial Cult's ecclesiastical Adepta known as the Ecclesiarchy or, more formally, as the Adeptus Ministorum. The Sisterhood's Orders Militant serve as the Ecclesiarchy's fighting arm, mercilessly rooting out corruption and heresy within humanity and every organization of the Adeptus Terra. There is naturally some overlap between the duties of the Sisterhood and the Imperial Inquisition; for this reason, although the Inquisition and the Sisterhood remain entirely separate organisations, the Orders Militant of the Sisterhood also act as the Chamber Militant of the Inquisition's Ordo Hereticus. The Adepta Sororitas and the Sisters of Battle are commonly regarded as the same organisation, but the latter title technically refers only to the Orders Militant of the Adepta Sororitas, the best-known part of the organization. The Sisterhood serves as the Ministorum's only official military force because the Decree Passive laid down by the reformist Ecclesiarch Sebastian Thor held that in the wake of the Age of Apostasy of the 36th Millennium, the Ecclesiarchy cannot maintain any men under arms. This was supposed to limit the power of the Ecclesiarchy. However, the Ministorum was able to circumvent this decree by using the all-female military force of the Sisterhood's Orders Militant. Imperial Guard [img][/img] Though I am probably going to remove some of the chapters for the Space Marines, reduce it down to three default chapters for people to jump in with instead of ALL the chapters at once.

Shenzi, why u stop posting in the RP, dood?
Had a little bit of a muse failure a while ago, and then two days ago I had some steroid injections into my hip, and the guy managed to screw up badly enough that I was starting to think I had an infection. I'm fine now. Just going to spend another night in my recliner and play some games.
