Another piece of advice; check to see how many RPs are going on at the same time. If there's a lot, you don't want to add another RP, otherwise people will probably skim over it. People tend to go for new RPs when there aren't many pre-existing RPs around and they're not involved with many other ones. That's why I haven't really been pressing the RP I've got in planning too hard; I've still got work to do on it, and adding it to what's going on now is a surefire way to watch it burn.
