"Ever over a" What does that mean? You forgot about the "every MoDCast" part. "Every _____ ever" is a fairly common phrase here on the Internet. For instance, Nolan North voices every video game character ever. Every Sonic fan character ever starts as a recolor. Every Dream Theater album ever is ungodly long. Et cetera. "Over a period of x time" is a common phrase in general, and if you think that's grammatically incorrect, you probably live under a rock. As such, "I watched every MoDCast ever over a period of four days" is a grammatically correct sentence.
