Christmas is back again

We all know the Ring of Death it seems. Though it seems pretty clear it's the hard driver that is the main reason why the console is so fragile. I suppose when they created the console they forgot to make the hard disk protective against dirt literally and when the console gets over heated it is clearly more dust manages to stick onto the hard disk while you cant do a darn thing cuz you are not allowed to open the box. That is pretty clear as well. It can be the total doom for the console.

However to my advice.
If you havent getting a 360, though maybe have the odd interest to get one of the probably most compleate fragile console that have ever been created. Do not get a version with the hard disk inside.

Buy the console only for half the prise leaving you only with a memory card. Well i am sure the console will never get ruined. As there aint nothing inside that can get ruined.

While you wont have much place available, so i just say. Pay for the hard drive as a seperate part to the console. It is also about 2 gb more place on that driver as well.

I have atleast taken it useful. To all who have caught the Ring of Death i am sure you had no other choise then to send it to operation. I guess the problem is solved there after. though is it fun having a console that dies literally after just 3 months.

No, i belive it aint. Cuz you had payed a lot of cash and now you have ended up to only send the console back to the creator for repairs.

Wuuuuzam, last weekend i managed to get the Ring of Death my self. I was pretty much upset by that time. So i was about to call the Microsoft for helpful advice, though i had the feeling this was only to put together and send back for repairing.

But as it was sunday there were no helper on the other side. So i desided to pull away the hard driver away from the console. And wuuuzaa the console worked just fine. Yeah of course that i had to use my memory card there after, though the machine did atleast function properly.

Though i wasn't satisfied. So i tryed to examine the hard drive carefully as it said in the manual that i had been given when i bought the loose part. I noticed some small dust particles on the surface on the sides. I desided to make a shot to blow away carefully the dirt away. Then placing the hard drive back to the console. And all in the sudden the Ring of Death was fixed.

No more problems since that time. Though i know what to do if it would happen once more. So to let me say. Hard Disk is the total failure to 360. What tha hell did they think about when creating it. Not much i must vager. They need to learn from their mistakes.

Hopefully this advice can come out good for new users of 360, that have in mind to get it. Though i am afraid this advice have came out to late anyways. :D

So with other words.

Console Harddisk = Ring of Death == Sending it back == No console for a month.
Console with removable hard disk = Ring of Death == Take the driver away == Blow some on the side's surface and carefully putting it back. == Problem solved.

It's not the HDD, in most cases. It's because a chip or something inside melts and the wires do not connect. I'm happy for you that it was just some dust though. Saved you a lot of trouble. :)

Well i was told there are several lights that arranges the damage. I guess that i have only been involved with the smallest Ring of Death reason, though i am sure there wasn't anything more then a bit of dust my self.
