This is a decidedly random idea I came up with recently, when I was thinking about the different fan medias Tails appears in, and decided to make it into an RP as a tribute to everyone’s favorite two-tailed hero! Anyway, the premise of this is that one day Tails falls through a dimensional rift, though still appears in the Mystic Ruins...Only he finds he's in a different reality where he meets a different version of himself! The two of them soon find out that a supernatural being is disrupting the balance of the universe, causing more such rifts to open and allowing elements from other realities, worlds, and dimensions to get through and mix together, throwing them into chaos, so Tails and other versions of himself from different realities and dimensions have to team up to take down this supernatural threat! Everyone except whoever’s joining as the villain MUST have at least one new version of Tails to join. You can also have more than one version, as long as they’re from different realities or dimensions so that it would make sense. Also, five posts a day to avoid losing anyone. Finally, you can have up to three characters, as long as an alternate version of Tails is included as one of them. Needed: Tails (Original) 4 more alternate versions of Tails Supernatural villain You can also join as a fan character in addition to your Tails’ version, as long as you tell me what their relation to Tails is! Use this form, and the one under it for non-Tails characters (Relation to Tails isn’t necessary for whoever’s joining as the villain!) Nickname: (What the other versions of Tails will call you…They can’t really just call every one of each other Tails, now, can they?) Age: Appearance: (For any outward changes or perhaps a change of outfit) Background: (How he became this way) Weapons: (If any) Powers: (If any) Personality: Name: Age: Species: Appearance: Weapons: Powers: Personality: Relation to Tails: And here’re my characters! Tails Nickname: T Age: 16 Appearance: Is a lot taller, with longer tails and bangs. He wears jeans, a blue t-shirt with his fox tail design under a black button-up t-shirt, fingerless gloves, and a golden hoop earring. Background: He went off to find out about a mysterious villain who possibly had some connection to his parents, eager to find out if they were really alive or not. The said villain nearly destroyed him before Tails discovered he had the same type of power as him, which evened the odds. It was a fierce battle, but Tails won, putting him at bay for now. He returned to his workshop in the Mystic Ruins after discovering that he hadn’t actually known if his parents WERE still alive or not. Weapon: A cybernetic sword Powers: The ability to control technology Personality: As kind-hearted and gentle as ever, he doesn’t like pointless fighting, but won’t hesitate to show someone what he can do! Melissa Age: 16 Species: fox Appearance: Has golden fur and three tails, wears jeans, a sapphire hoodie, fingerless gloves, and a backwards baseball cap with holes for her ears. Background: Her parents were killed off by an evil human and she believed her siblings were killed too, leaving her alone in this world and causing her to become a drifter, trying to find a new place for herself in the world. Three years later, she saw Tails working on some kind of robot and attacked him, believing he was behind the robotic forces that had killed her family. Tails defeated her even though he hadn’t discovered his own powers, and set the record straight. The two decided to team up to take the one responsible for the injustice done to her and her family, and afterwards went to live with him in the Mystic Ruins. Weapons: Two white-bladed swords with golden angel wings spreading from the hilts. Powers: Light and plant manipulation Personality: Kind, caring, spunky, and fun-loving, she lives for adventure and never misses a chance to go on a new one with whatever life throws her way! Relation to Tails: Girlfriend Vincent Age: 18 Species: Human Appearance: Very tall with long, spiky shoulder-length silver hair, wears jeans, a tight black t-shirt, and a long trenchcoat with many buckles and snaps. He wears a pair of lightly tinted blue shades that don’t hide his eyes. Background: After he told Tails that he knew of his parents, he nearly destroyed Tails when they went head-to-head by shocking him with the news that it had been him who’d killed his parents. It was sort of a bluff, as he didn’t know for sure if they were killed or not after the attack on them, but it was effective enough to work before Tails discovered his powers and defeated him. Not much else is really known about this mysterious boy. Weapon: A black sword with a jagged serragated edge on one side. Powers: He has a high command of the power of darkness, and can control technology like Tails, only at a much higher level as he can use it for things for elemental immunity, the creation of an entirely new technology, and levitating and flying through the air. Tails only managed to levitate like him from drawing energy from the technology in Vincent’s base the first time they fought when his powers first emerged. Personality: Very calm and level-headed, he’s a ruthless fighter and devilishly intelligent, Tails seems to be the only one who can match wits with him. He has a deep grudge against all Mobians for some unknown reason, many believe it’s related to a certain event sometime in his past. Relation to Tails: Arch-enemy |

Name: Bouncy Age: 16 Species: Hedgehog Appearance: Black Hoodie, Cameo Trousers, Purple Shoes with springs on them, Spiked up hair Weapons: None Powers: Ability to Bounce High Personality: Excited, Relation to Tails: He saved Tails life from a gang who wanted Tails dead. Nickname: Two Tailed Blood Sucker Age: 14 Appearance: Same as Tails but his fur is black and he has a bite on his neck and his has vampire teeth he also a bit older. Background: He had got bitten on the neck and became a vampire, the demention is in got taken over by vampires Weapons: None Powers: None Personality: Like every other vampire. |

Miles Aloysius Prower/Cy-Fox OCP Crime Prevention Unit 002 Nickname: Cy-Fox, Tails Age: 25 Appearance: Six feet tall, body armor suit of cobalt, titanium and tungsten, along with a helmet of the same material. Background: A former police sergeant with the Station Square Police Department in the year 2025, Tails was killed in the line of duty by a turncoat Sonic the Hedgehog, and rebuilt by the Omni Consumer Products Corporation, the same corporation that created the first human cyborg, RoboCop. He finds solace in his human girlfriend Maria Robotnik (who has been with him for ten years). Weapon: The Auto-9 Machine Pistol Powers: Several targeting abilities. Each limb has a force output of 800 foot pounds. Personality: Cold and distant, as most of his memories have faded. Around Sonic he is hateful. |

Is this RP still open? If so, can I jump in? Besides, I'm willing to play original Tails if no-one else will... as well as Tim and Rachel, but anyways... Name: Timothy Ulysses Nicknames: Tim or Read (as in Reed, but only to his closest friends) Age: 16 Species: Fox Appearance: The only physical differences between Tim and Tails are his singular tail, his green eyes and his dress code; brown pants, shirt, long brown coat and green-lens glasses (he's short-sighted). Many mistake him for an alternate Tails, something he exasperatedly (and futilely) tries to deny; after all, they ARE completely different. Weapons: None Powers: Eidetic memory and the ability to READ any written language (he cannot understand the spoken word, only written stuff will do). He also has a Magic Tome which, due to his power, only he can read. This grants him access to a wide variety of MAGIC, which is good wholesome fun for ages 8 and over. Background: Timothy's parents were killed by malevolent spirits when he was young, driving him to study every aspect of the paranormal in order to stop the gathering hordes of the restless dead in his universe. As of current, he hires out as a ghostbuster-for-hire, although he prefers the term 'parapsychologist'. Personality: Mostly serious, occasionally sarcastic and incredibly strong-willed. A very open-minded chap, due to his constant exposure to paranormal activity. Relation to Tails: When Tails first appears in this strange land, Timothy happens to be the unlucky soul who the young kitsune falls on top of. Name: Rachel Harding Nicknames: Rache Age: 16 Species: Fox Appearance: White with blue streaks on her head and down her tail. She wears a blue skirt and white elbow-length gloves. Weapons: A grappling hook she uses as a means of transport and as a weapon. Powers: Preternatural agility Background: Rachel, having grown up with Timothy, has stuck with him through every single amazing escapade he leads them on. She admires his strong sense of justice and duty, but wishes he would stop hunting spooks for a while, something she senses may happen for all the wrong reasons... Personality: Rachel has an unsinkable optimistic attitude and is constantly finiding the silver lining to every terrible situation (her catch-phrase running along the lines of "Look on the bright side; at least (insert even worse occurence here) didn't happen.") Relation to Tails: Girlfriend of Timothy Ulysses, who is Tails' first contact. |

(Alright, now that we have someone for the original Tails, let's start! Let's have Tails fall through the rift into T's dimension first and have a close encounter with the villain to give them the motivation to go and round up the other Tails versions, and take it from there! Also, you don't have to always call your Tails version by their nickname unless they're talking to another Tails version!) Tails and Melissa were enjoying their morning in the Mystic Ruins, unaware of the unusual events about to take place. Melissa was in the garden she'd grown in front of his workshop, while Tails was relaxing down by the waterfall of the ruins. |

"Fascinating..." Tails said as he picked away at a loose piece of stone. He was in the Mystic Ruins, performing an experiment with a new gadget he'd come up with; it's original purpose was to determine the age of stone fragments, but he had soon discovered a slight flaw. It appeared that the tool was able to destabilise the bond between molecules, something he had definitely not planned on. "Better put a little more work into this thing..." He turned from the wall and looked around, wondering if the mysteries of the Mystic Ruins would ever be discovered. Humming a little tune, he made his way towards the entry. It took less than a second; the fabric of space/time warped momentarily and a Rift opened right in front of him. Caught off guard, he walked straight into it with a sudden, belated gasp. Timothy Ulysses was also studying the Ruins, unbeknownst to anyone else. Someone whp typically prided himself on his quick-thinking, he was also caught unawares; another person falling on top of you does that usually. Well, he noticed the impact first; the loud THWUMP of a Rift opening was only the second thing to occur to hm. |
