Really, the mods are the worse ever. You know, I hated cochrane but he did have a reason to ban me even though I didn't know I would get ban'd for doing what I did... but The Sonic Stadium is just... ugh. The mods are the biggest jackasses in the world. Well, not all of them. Only one. And that is "Roarey Raccoon". Really, I didn't do ANYTHING bad at all. And if I did, it's no reason for me to ban'd. He is the biggest asshole I have ever seen in my life. This is what happened... Kayz, I'll post a link to it: http://www.sonicstadium.org/board/index.ph...t=540&start=540 Is that a reason for me to be ban'd? I get ban'd for "spamming". I didn't do any spam. I just said, "HELL YEAH! PS2 SUCKS!!!!" but I was just screwing around. I thought that these guys could have some fun. I then said, "Yeah, I guess I got carried away... SIKE!". Then this Roarey warns to stop spamming... how was I spamming? I was just expressing an opinion. I then said: "Sheesh, fine. I was just having some fun and expressing an opinion. I wasn't spamming at all. If you think what I did was spam, then, my friend, you don't know what spam is. You shouldn't consider banning me already. If so, what the hell is the point of the warn level? Actually, nevermind. kthx. The PS2 will be around for a long time, like the PSone. It's the best system to release crappy licensed games on since it's pretty much the cheapest one on the market and a lot of people use the PS2. Same thing happened to the PSone sometime after the PS2 came out. And the PS3 is nowhere near as popular as the ever so crappy PS2. The PS2 will be around for a long, long time. It was pretty successful (still sucks) and it remains to be the Best Selling Console... of... *sigh*... all time. It will have crappy licensed games but SONY won't seem to care as people still buy that overrated piece of s***. " And guess what? I'm ban'd. If the PS2-hate thing was spam... the above quote was not spam at all. Hell, I wasn't even spamming. What the hell is the point of the warn level if you're gonna get ban'd if you mess up (which I didn't) ONCE. SSMB is the biggest load of $hit combined with rabies, AIDS, raindeer testicles, 100-year old Eggnog, kidney, and the insides of a cancer (and AIDS) patient's heart with holes. God, the moderators do the worse job ever. Wow... just... WOW. I'm removing SEGA Boards from the Failure list because cochrane isn't all that bad when you think about it. SSMB: Perfect Example of Epic Failure. It makes me wanna puke blood seeing a forum that LOW... So, could one of you guys ask a nicer mod/admin/staff member to unban me? It's not like SEGA Boards where no one will listen. You have to admit, I was ban'd for a stupid reason and could someone contact Dreadknux or Sonic_Freak or something? You won't get ban'd for asking, I'm sure. |

thats seriously screwed up (pardon my french =D) if they ban you over just giving your opinion over the PS2/PS3/PS1. I mean, we dont ban SOTI for his opinion on fan characters.

Sonic Online is also WAYYY too strict. They won't let you bump... I posted in a topic that was on page 1... They called it a bump, because it was from 3 months ago, and warned me. Well it was on FREAKING page 1 and I added some good discussion to the topic!! Also some guy at SSMB warned me for bumping a pinned topic.. Well it's pinned for a reason and if you don't want new posts, LOCK THE Darn THING. I'm surprised I haven't gotten banned at SSMB for having the name "www.sonicblast.org". Plus the elitists. The few at the top that are always looking down at people. I don't give a Shizz about them, I go by my rules, and I knock them off of their high horses. I hope SB never turns out that way... I will obliterate any friggen elitist here. |

Not if they ban you for something stupid. I went on another forum once and they did a friggin' background check on me. A background check to see if I could be on their forum. They found out I had a Fanart-Central account under the same name I used on their forum and, needless to say, they banned me 'cause it had slash. I think that's overkill, right there, but it doesn't SSMB doesn't do anything stupid like that. And it's hard to detect sarcasm over the internet, so who knows... |

It's generally a good idea to be respectful when accused of a crime, and honestly defend yourself. Lines like "If you think I'm spamming, you're out of your mind," are generally uncalled for, not to mention hostile and disrespectful. I can see why you're upset, but it was spam, and your reaction was a little.... eh... tactless. |

The "I guess I got carried away SIKEZ" part was spam, I'll admit. The PS2 sucks thing, I think not. Well, I said nevermind about me disagreeing with it being spam and yet I still got ban'd. I got an email about my banage and a reason why I was ban'd was because I was "arguing". Uh, no. I said nevermind to end it so it was no argument. |

You know Sonic Blast was the fisrt forum that I ever got to be a part most of the members are great and I will probably keap coming here for along time heck it may bee many more years until I quit wich is dought full I like this site to much its alot of fun  (sorry just thought I should liten the mood  )

Hummmm. I still disagree with your basic premise (that arguing with the mods was justified), but having looked around SSMB, I must agree, that it's going down the tube. The founder is egocentric and selfish, and he's modeling the entire site around what he wants, without giving a rat's @$$ what the members want. |
