Mushroom Hill Act 2 Posts: 547 Group: A Rank Guardian Member #205 Joined: August 29, 2006	i know that sonic adventure 2 introduced grinding on rails, im pretty sure it did, anyways, i know in that game sonic had soap shoes so it would have been easy to do that without any damage to the shoe, but how does he grind rails now with rubber soles? wouldnt the rail grind into the shoe over time, but the question im really wondering about is why does it sound like its metal grinding on metal in sonic heroes when sonic's shoes clearly have rubber soles?

XP who knows... well they are made from a very special rubber because otherwise they would probably burst into flames while he is running, i know the shoes can withstand an enormous amount of friction but that still doesnt really explain how they slide so easily, maybe it is the speed
