Probably doesn't support it. Not every game is backwards compatable. Just a few of the more popular ones.

no, its supposed to be backwards compatable, they have it on their list, right now im thinking that the emulation software for the game has bugs

im beginning to think its the emulation software, anyway, now we can talk about this game  what do you guys think about it? i think it can deliver a good sense of speed if you just run straight through the levels, but the controls are a little touchy and the combat isnt very fun because you have to look for ammo all the time

I don't usually look for ammo. I use the homing attack if I have no ammo. The game's fun if you're just running through it and you're not doing the missions, but when you do those the gameplay is just way to slow..

i just run past all of the enemies if i can, i only use the homing attack if im not close to the edge of the level because when i do it at the edge i always fall off

THe game is a love hate relationship for me. My apsolute favorite levels are the Arc past levels though, they really bring a past like feel to it, and bring the Arc back to an earlier time.

I fight the enemies here and there, and skip some here and there. Depends on what I like to do.

I generally don't like attacking soldiers though. Only when I have to in a mission.

The Chaos attacks rock, and it's cool how they grant you unlimited ammo.

the unlimited ammo is cool but i barely need to use the ammo i have anymore, now that i realized it only takes about 2 shots to kill a normal enemy

Don't tell me what I can or can't do!

I don't really like this game. I don't like how you have to slow down in the levels and kill the emenis. It just isn't the plain old Sonic Speed we love.

the fighting isnt that bad, its when you have to get a weapon if you really want to kill enemies quickly, it would have been more fun if you could run really fast and strafe, so you could waste all the enemies while still keeping speed, either that or they should have left out the weapons and fine tuned the homing attack because it is horrible in that game, half the time i just flew off the level instead of hitting the enemy

All new sonic games should have invisible walls or something! You shouldn't beable to fall of the edge that easily. Only in some spots like pits like in the old games.

well it shouldn't be a problem if they had the homing attack working, i would try to attack a guy and fly the opposite way, or sometimes just fly around the person in circles, they have like a lip on the ledges to prevent that if your running most of the time, every time i fell off it was because of the bad camera or the homing attack

Yeah a lip on the edges would be a good idea and fix the homing attack. I'm sure Sonic Next Gen has these fixed.
