All right. Metallix approved of my idea and put me in charge. SB will be hosting an upcoming gaming competition for its community. This competition will consist of games on the PC and also emulated games for the Genesis. The exact games in question won't be known yet until I do a bit of research work amongst us. I do know that for the PC section, there will be a couple freely available games for us to play on. I'll be starting another thread soon in the Gaming section for users to post the multi player PC games that they have, determine the common ones, put those on the list, the freebies and finally decide amongst the staff what Genesis games to provide. |

What about Advance games? We can't just have Genesis. Plus, SCD use Genesis. I'd like something different for this. Like the GBA games. |

It sounds like an interesting idea, but yes emulators are illegal UNLESS you have the games that your playing in real life. That's when they are fine. But also, what about people that might not have great internet connections, then you have to have that person go find the games that you ask for and downloading things onto their computers and stuff like that. It's an ok idea, just sounds like it will be a ton of work and looking after. |

I'm a gamer and always will be a gamer. If you don't believe me. I have 430 Video Games and 19 Consoles. I doubt you could beat that unless you are a gamer as well! =P So, let's see if you can outdo "The Jet Gamer"

Sonic Strike has a section for the "secret stuff" by the way. I suggest that you use that source for the competition. EDIT: Who deleted my previous post? That wasn't fair. |

Yeah, I don't se my post either, but it's probably cuz we shouldn't talk about that stuff... Anyways, this is going to be lots of work, I don't think it'll happen any time soon, even if they hurry, but still, you have to find a way for most members to participate, otherwise we'll have just around 35% of the members participating. And more than just advertising too... I dunno... Maelic's game seemed a good idea to play here, but it doesn't seem to be anywhere near ready... |

This looks cool. millions of problems can and will and maybe have arisen. Someone do a Burnout: Revenge competition. i will p0wn you all with my awesome driving skillz... LOLZ anywayz... nice idea. PC online games are easy to come by, although the only ones i have are Battlefield 2, Battlefield 2142 and JKII JO... BUT anywayz... nice idea... yeah... hmmmmm... |
