 for an item what about sonic's super shoes? if its turn based they can give him an extra turn, and if its real time they can just up his movement

 It's not turn-based, the RPG Code even doesn't have a battle system. But you CAN buy things. Mods and Admins can remove those things and give you something in exchange.
