You have to die completely and Super Yoshi, I had no trouble with it. It's just like Sonic 1 on genesis and it never freezed on me. Now that Sonic in Angel Island is pretty bizarre!

Well it should have let your submit it if you completed the whole thing. I know I lost all of my lives and it let me submit when the game was over.
