An idea rushed into my head, as I wrote a little poem yesterday. I shown it to some of my friends and couple adults I know. Some liked it, few didn't, but I respected their opinions. This is where you can let loose and be creative in Poetry. Whatever you feel like saying, post a story or poem, and let those creative juices flow. Doubt this could get pinned, but I just wanted to see who else could feel, the same way I do. To kick things off, here's my poem from 10/15/07. My life, told in my words I won't hold them back, so I warn you now. A movie, you won't see G-Rated. TV, you won't find TV-G. What you see, is real. What you hear, is real. No BS lies, no excuses and whines Only Truth, what people need to hear. Others block the way, you know a few: Media, Opinions, even Tests too. Why? I don't know. How? You should know. Feed me lies, and I am everyone else. Feed me truth, and I become my own person. Unique, independent, Shot down by others While they remain weak I stay invincible. They have something I don't need. I have something they need: Something they see, yet ignore Something they want, yet ignore Only one thing that separates me from them: I. Am. Free. Fin |

Well, thanks the three of ya ^^. You guys can write your own poems here too, if ya want. And you don't have to be good at it, cause I'm still an amateur at this. I'm coming up with two others, but won't be finished with them in a long time. One's a love-based poem, think I might title it: "Death Note". Another one is more of a realization-based poem called: "Dirty Joe". (And I know whatcha thinkin' by this title, XD.) |

(DP, I honestly did not think this would get pinned. Thanks, XD.) Here's another installment, peeps. WARNING: I warn you. This will contain harsh language and such. Little kids, may not wanna read this, so read at your risk. This is a love-based story/poem, and contains a strong message at the end. If you can bypass the cursing, then you'll do alright. The ending may confuse people, which is what brings this up: if you don't understand, comment on this topic or message me and I will clarify it to you. Don't forget to give your opinions on it, may they be bad or good. It's really intended for the females, more than the males, since I get more good responses from women anyway, XP. But the guys could say what is wrong with it, like everything in it is wrong or whatever. And now, for the story. I need to give this story to you guys, in order to understand the poem/story fully. Story: A married couple has a great relationship for many years. Yet, the man has a couple of mental problems. The wife, ends up sneaking around to the neighborhood, telling almost everyone about them, which does not spell anything good at all. Some time later, the man dies off of natural causes, not suicide. After the funeral, a friend of the guy tells the wife that he has left a note for her at the house. She did not care, but went to find it anyway. Upon reaching the house, she looks to the attic, finds a small piece of paper on a window sill, picks it up and reads the contents of the paper.....: Death Note Wife, don't act like I don't know, what you've been up to. I have heard, everything you said 'bout me, to your little gossip circles. Yes, I'm different from others you met in the past, but it, does not, give you no f'in right, to tell them MY secrets!! What the hell is your problem!? Do I look like a simple fool, to your hellish eyes? A child's toy, that you can play with, and then smash it? If I did not know any better, I'd say you are one, cold hard bitch! I hear you, laughing at me, for being a poor father to my children and husband to you... Everything I had to take from you and your "friends", and you even had my own children against me.... Well, tables are turned, you dirty slut! Now's my time to tell you, what I think of you! Here's what I got to say!: .....I love you. The fact that you stayed with me, despite the problems I had, thank you. The way our children smiled when we cared for them, including us, I loved it. Your smile, warmed me, daily. Your eyes, cleansed me, daily. Your words, brighten me, daily. I will miss you and the children, dearly. Tell them, I said hi and that I love them, as much as I love you. Goodbye, my sweetheart..... The Grim takes me to rest, in the Presidential Suite.... My poem of 10/19/07. |

*Mega Bump* Here's a story I had for Halloween, but couldn't get it up. Oh wells, enjoy ^^. Asylum Log 1, January..... Today is my first as a rookie scientist. Creepy it's on the 31st, but it doesn't stop me from doing my job. I was in one of the labs, a small one, a table to the right, reinforced window ahead, and a large steel door with a keypad lock to the left. The alarm system signaled, the red light cycling above me. I stare through the window, as a strange red mist began to seep in, the entire next room, shrouded in red. Common sense, I try to examine through the thick fog.... and out of the mist, sprung a man in an environmental suit. He banged on the window forcefully, begging me to let him out. I look to the left, then back to him, shouting in terror: "I don't know the code!" Saddened by my answer, the man panicks furiously. Suddenly from the eerie mist, an unknown force grabs his head, and smashes it to the window, killing him instantly. As I watched a horrendous murder take place, I felt something.... This red mist, the cold dark feelings, this sudden murder.... He was real. I thought for Him to be a myth... The scent of rotting flesh, the icy touch of frostbite, and the demonic pair of red eyes that stared ontu me from the mist... And they told me: "You're next...." Poem from Halloween. You guys can write your own ideas here. I dun wanna feel like the only one who can come up with this stuff. Hey, if it's sounds good, then post it here. Nobody wouldn't mind a simple one ^^. |

The dangerous, by default, the quiet. The wise, by default, the lonely. The skilled, by default, the ridiculed. The underdog you ignored, was the one voice everyone heard. The timid that you ridiculed, became a community helper. The fires you started with pyros, become the ones who douse them. The clean that you soiled, became a beautifier of the environment. The chatterboxes become silenced by the quiet. The rich are silenced by the poor. The ignorant are dominated by the strong-willed. Facts are real and limited, but opinions are thought up and endless. Is there one that has both of the + and - qualities? Yes, there is. For every milestone that is struggled with, you end up triumphing from it, gaining more knowledge to hopefully pass ontu others. Just don't overcharge on either one, to avoid some serious headaches.... |
