The Female Ultimate Life Form! Posts: 3,112 Group: E Rank Legend Member #59 Joined: April 29, 2006	I think I'll post my fan fics here for everyone to enjoy. Though, I'm working on some new ones at the moment, how about you enjoy some of my old ones? :lol: I'll make sure to post a link later to all my fan fics, in this same thread. This was a random short story I made based on random cliche repeated topics, and there's Knuckles Chaotix that uses something like this. It's a funny fiction, course I find lot's of things funny, but enjoy. You can find the characters descriptions in my Characters topic, and you better be familiar with SatAM/Archie characters, there's some in here. There's lot's of errors, I don't care, I'm lazy. Chapter 1: Stuck on You "Heh, a new prized artifact is being shown off in the Museum. An Ultimate Chaos Emerald, easy for the picking, I'll have to be careful though, because an Ultimate Chaos Emerald can crystallize you without the proper equipment." Eggman smirked, he was barely visible in his dark lab. The light from his computer screen made him partially visible though. Not far away in Megaopolis "Hmm, the Ultimate Chaos Emerald, some silly mortal put it in the Museum, out in the open for me. Luckily, I've been exposed to such powers, so I need not worry much about being crystallized by it." a dark figure smirked, it's smile was only visible. "WITH THE ULTIMATE CHAOS EMERALD, I SHALL RULE!" Eggman and figure said this at exactly the same time, though the two were far away from each other. Knothole, Castle Acorn... "Uh-oh, bad news everyone." Sally frowned, running up to Sonic, Tails, Jewel and the rest of the Freedom Fighters. "What is it Sally-girl?" Bunnie asked. "There's an Ultimate Chaos Emerald on display at the Museum." Sally frowned, holding Nicole up. Nicole showed a hologram of the TV broadcast. "That sounds like a big opportunity for some of our friends to get an emerald!" Sonic exclaimed. He smiled and winked at Sally. "Don't worry though Sal, I'll handle it, with my friends with me though." Sonic said, "Jewel, Tails and I can take down any of these guys, so you all can keep resting here!" "Are you sure Sonic?" Sally frowned. "I'm sure, right?" Sonic smiled. "Yeah!" Tails nodded. "Of course." Jewel smiled back. "Then, LET'S GO!" Sonic exclaimed, in the blink of the eye, he dashed out the door of the castle. "Wait for us!" Tails and Jewel exclaimed, following him. They got to Station Square and got an okay to help guard the Museum. "Hahaha, with my new weapon, I'll have an easy time beating anyone who stands in my way." Eggman laughed, busting through the Museum. He flew towards the Ultimate Chaos Emeralds room. "It's Eggman!" Tails glared, pointing down the hall to Eggman. "Let's get 'em!" Sonic exclaimed, Tails and Sonic went after Eggman. "I'll just guard the emerald." Jewel said. Meanwhile, someone broke through the exhibit from above. "HA...YOU!" NightShade glared at Jewel. (clueless, he's a black hedgehog, he looks like sonic, but he has purple streaks on him like how Shadow has red streaks. Then he has black spiked bracelets, instead of ring bracelets) "NightShade." Jewel glared, "Looks like everyone's crashing the party." *** Eggman smirked and fired at the two, freezing Sonic and Tails' feet so they couldn't move. He quickly flew past them. "Now just one more problem in my way!" he yelled. *** Jewel and NS were about to fight, but they realized Eggman was coming for the emerald. "YOU'RE NOT GETTING THAT EMERALD!" Jewel and NS yelled in unison. NightShade turned to Jewel. "You stay outta my way, I shall kill that loathsome human!" he said. "Yeah right, I'll be the one to fight him!" Jewel yelled. She ran towards Eggman. "Get back here!" NS snapped. Eggman smiled, "I'll make this quick with my secret weapon!" He fired at the two, knocking the both to the ground. Eggman went towards the Ultimate Chaos Emerald. "Looks like I win!" he laughed, stealing the emerald with a claw. "That's my emerald!" NightShade snapped, getting back up to run after Eggman. He took a few steps and was pulled back, falling to the ground. "So long losers!" Eggman said, leaving through the hole in the roof. "EGG-BUTT!" Sonic exclaimed, spin dashing and finally getting himself free. He freed Tails and they ran to Jewel. "Are you ok-Oh no!" Tails gasped. Jewel got up and stared at her right hand. She had a long glowing yellow cord tied around her hand, which led towards NightShade, whose left hand was tied as well. "AAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!" Jewel screamed. NightShade got up, really annoyed by the sudden outburst. He stared, realizing what she was screaming about. "WHAT THE HELL?!" NS exclaimed. He immediately began pulling like crazy on the cord to get free. The cord tugged Jewel along with it. "Stop it, you idiot!" Jewel yelled. She tugged back. "I'll just use Chaos Wave!" Jewel exclaimed, but it only hit NS instead. NightShade glared, "You're the idiot!" He used a few attacks on the cord, but to no avail. Tails and Sonic were just watching, surprised by the dilemma. "Let me try to spin dash it." Sonic said. He curled up and spun into the cord, but he only dragged the two. "Hmm, maybe we can figure this out back home." Tails shrugged. "Okay." Jewel said. "I ain't following you losers!" NightShade snapped. "Too bad." Jewel said. She started walking to follow Sonic and Tails and they left. NightShade began walking the opposite direction. "Stop it...you idiot!" Jewel glared, trying to walk forward. "I...ain't...following losers!" NightShade said, trying to walk the opposite way. The two ended up being pulled back by the cord. Sonic and Tails stopped. "You guys!" Tails frowned, "You should cooperate for right now, we're just going to figure out how to get you both apart." Jewel and NightShade frowned, crossing their arms and turning away. "Maybe I could if a certain hedgehog would follow me!" Jewel snapped. "I am not following any losers to their stupid little village of brainless people!" NS snapped. "Well if you really hate being stuck, you'll just go to the village really quick, then you can go see your little friend Nikki!" Jewel glared. "Vile echidna, that child is not my friend!" NS snapped. "You guys! If you want free, follow us back!" Tails cried. "Fine!" NS snapped. Jewel got up and began walking as NS trailed. In the forest... "Will you stop lagging?!" Jewel snapped. "Oh, I'm sorry." NS smirked. He ran forward, now dragging Jewel. "AH, STOP IT!" Jewel exclaimed, trying to get back up from being dragged. She put both feet forward, to stop and tugged on the cord. NS fell backwards and Jewel punched him in the face. He glared at her and punched her back. "EERRR!" the two stared at each other in anger, clenching their fists. "Okay, as much as we're enemies, can we for these few minutes, get along together?" Sonic asked, "Then as soon as you aren't bound by that cord, you can go back being enemies." The two followed again and eventually got to Tails lab. Tails examined the cord and got onto his computer. He frowned, looking puzzled. "You guys." he said. "Yes?" Jewel asked. NS just looked away, he didn't like this one bit. "I hate to say this, but Eggman is the only person who can get you two free right now." Tails frowned. "WHAT!" Jewel frowned. NightShade turned, with a shocked expression. "I'm stuck!" he exclaimed. "For now, yes." Tails sighed. Jewel was staring wide-eyed, her mouth was agape. "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!" she cried. "Well it could be worse, you could have been stuck forever." Sonic said, trying to cheer Jewel up. Jewel didn't like the joke one bit. In her anger, she pulled the cord and NightShade off. Jewel left towards her house. She stopped by the door, opened the door and looked down at NightShade, who was glaring at her. She gave him a really bad look and slapped the door, hitting NS in the head. "AH, vile echidna!" NightShade yelled. Jewel ignored his yelling from outside. She began walking, trying to the kitchen, since the clock said noon on it. Jewel tugged at the cord and slowly walked to the kitchen nearby. NS was slammed into the door. He tried pulling back. Jewel back and slammed against the door. She just laid there, staring at the ceiling, her right had was in the air, like a puppet on a string. Jewel reached into her pocket and took out a cell phone. "Yes, hello, can I get something?" 10 minutes later.... Jewel opened the door. NightShade was giving her a glare as soon as she opened the door. A little dog came up with a bag. "Here." he said, handing it to Jewel. Jewel paid the kid and dragged NS away. "HEY!" NS yelled. Jewel socked NS, and finally dragged him towards a tree nearby. She sat down and opened a little box in the bag. Jewel began eating some noodles. NightShade turned away, "...stupid echidna...stupid...stupid...stupid..." He mumbled to himself. Jewel continued eating the Chinese food. NS was mumbling still and suddenly his stomach growled. Jewel stopped eating and looked over. NightShade realized she was staring. "I'm not hungry, nope, besides I hate human-made food." he said, crossing his arms. Jewel gave him an odd look, but then continued eating the noodles. NightShade just sat there, he could feel hunger growing on him. His stomach growled again. "ACK!" NightShade exclaimed holding his stomach. Jewel turned and stared. NightShade turned, "Nah not hungry, just a...um...joke..." He looked away, but couldn't help looking at the food. Jewel glared and held the food protectively. She turned her back to him and continued eating. NightShade turned, glaring. He turned seeing someone walk towards them. It was Nikki. NightShade immediately got up and dragged Jewel back to her house. Jewel was hit by all her Chinese food in the process. She glared at NS, who opened the door and slammed it again as he got in. "Stupid girl, how does she know where I am?!" NightShade asked. Jewel was staring at the food all over her. "You retard, I've got soy sauce and tons of other stuff on me! This is nasty...I need a shower." she cried. NightShade backed up, staring wide-eyed. Jewel looked back. "...YOU PERVERT, you're thinking dirty thoughts aren't you?!" she cried, punching NS. "What did I do?!" NS snapped, "...ew..I WOULD NEVER DO SUCH A THING!" "ADMIT IT...PERVERT!" Jewel cried. She opened the door and pushed NS out. Nikki smiled at NS. "Hi NightShade, what're you doing here?" she asked. Nikki grabbed his right hand. "Come on, NS." she smiled. "Let go of me!" NS snapped. He tried pulling his left hand, but Jewel wasn't letting him. "GO AWAY STUPID GIRL!" NS yelled. Nikki giggled, "But we're best friends, I wanna go to the park!" She tried pulling NS. Nikki stared confused. "...I'm stuck, besides...GO BY YOURSELF!" NightShade snapped. Nikki frowned, about to cry. "...okay.." she cried, running away. Just then, Sally and Bunnie walked over to Jewel's house. They stopped and stared at NS. "What're you looking at? NS said in an angered voice. "Uh, Jewel, Sally-girl and ah wanted to speak to ya'll" Bunnie called, ignoring NS. Jewel barely opened the door. She looked like she was on the verge of crying as well. "Jewel." Sally frowned. Walked inside, Bunning following. Jewel slammed the door, hitting NS in the head yet again. "You wait you stupid echidna, I'll kill you!" NS yelled. "What do you want?" Jewel frowned. "What happened Jewel, you have ah fight with some Chinese Food?" Bunnie asked. "No, a certain hedgehog made me spill my lunch!" Jewel said, baring her teeth. "Well, I hate to say this, but you two will have to cooperate, because Eggman's decided to attack Station Square." Sally said. "Why not let Sonic stop him and get the antidote?" Jewel asked. "Well ya'll are the only one who has the Ultimate Chaos Emerald." Bunnie said. "Yes and we know it's a bit dangerous for someone to be exposed to its power, but you don't have to worry." Sally said. "Okay..." Jewel nodded, sighing. She opened the door, regretting this. Jewel walked past NS. "Where are you going?" NightShade asked. "To stop Eggman as fast as I can before people see me like this!" Jewel glared, pointing at the Chinese food on her. "Not my fault you have bad manners." NightShade laughed. "Come on loser." Jewel said, walking away.

Chapter 2: Fired Up "MUAHAHA, BEHOLD THE POWER OF MY ULTIMATE ROBOT!" Eggman laughed, in a giant robot, "It is truly the ultimate robot, thanks to this Ultimate Chaos Emerald!" "Stop right there Egg-butt!" Jewel's voice came. Eggman's robot turned. He looked at her and NightShade and laughed. "Silly echidna, you think you can beat me, being stuck with one of your enemies!" "No matter what, I can still beat you Eggman!" Jewel yelled. She took a step, but was held back. Jewel turned and glared at NS. "What're you doing?!" Jewel exclaimed. "Just wait you silly echidna." NightShade replied. "No way!" Jewel exclaimed, "Unlike you, I don't stand around like an idiot, making cheap comments just to get beat up!" "You're not listening, just wait- "No, I know what I am doing! If you really knew what you were doing, I'd think you'd be ruling the planet, but your plans backfire, so I will NOT listen to YOU!" Eggman watched the two yell at each other. "Hahaha, you two really seem meant for each other." he laughed. "WE ARE NOT MEANT FOR EACH OTHER!" the two yelled in unison. "You know what they say, opposites attract." Eggman laughed. "Why you!" Jewel snapped, trying to run towards Eggman, she fell, NS was still holding the cord to keep her back. "Let go!" Jewel yelled. "I have an idea, it'll help stop that loathsome human!" NS said. "Humph, sure!" Jewel exclaimed, "If you really want to be freed from this cord, you'll listen!" Eggman was charging up a cannon as the two argued. "Just for once, listen to me, or you can be stuck forever!" NightShade yelled. "Yeah right, you probably just want to show me how to get my butt kicked, then when I get defeated by Egg-butt you'll just laugh!" "Will you liste- Eggman fired the cannon on his robot and hit the two, causing a giant explosion, which sent the two flying into the distance. ***** The two crashed into a giant lake in a jungle. NightShade immediately began trying to swim his way to shore. He climbed up onto land, as Jewel slowly made her way out. "At least you got your bath." NS glared. "It's all your fault!" Jewel yelled. "My fault, you're to blame, you wouldn't listen to me!" Jewel got up and began walking. "This is great..." she said sarcastically. "Well no where to?" NightShade asked, there were a two different pathways ahead of them. "We go this way!" the two said in unison, pointing at different paths. "This way." Jewel said. "No, this way." "THIS WAY!" "Trust me, I think it's this way." "Oh sure, trust you and get beat up again!" "You wouldn't listen to me in the first place." "This way!" Jewel snapped, tugging him in the direction she pointed. The two continued walking until they reached an area full of robots. The robots turned and walked towards them. "So much for taking this path." NightShade glared. "Shut up, these robots will be a piece of cake of beat!" Jewel said confidently. She used Chaos Wave, but at the same time, NightShade used Psi beam. The two attacks collided, just cancelled each other out before they could even reach the robots. "Eggman, we've found them, capture in progress." one of the robots said. "All robots report to Sector 25-6" another robot said. "You stay out of my way!" NightShade snapped, "You just let those robots call for backup!" "You should watch where you aim your attack!" Jewel snapped back, "This is your fault!" A few more robots started running up towards them. "Okay, we're going another way!" Jewel said, pulling NightShade, "I am not letting Egg-butt catch me!" The two ran off, but the other path was full of robots, so they continued and hid in a tall tree. "Well, this is smart." NightShade said sarcastically. "We can Chaos Control out of here." Jewel smiled. "Then why didn't you do that in the first place?!" NightShade snapped. "CHAOS CONTROL!" Jewel exclaimed. Nothing happened at all, they were still stuck in the tree. A little flying Eggman shaped robot flew up, it held out a screen with Eggman's face. "You didn't think I was that dumb did you? You're in my turf now, I control this jungle and I set up a special anti-Chaos Control barrier, so you can't escape. The hunter is now the hunted, so just pray you escape here alive!" Eggman laughed. Jewel punched the robot, breaking it. "Stupid Egg-butt!" she snapped. Meanwhile, back at Station Square... "Sonic, what's going on?" Sally asked. She was contacting Sonic through her computer Nicole. "I tried getting into Eggman's base, but he has up a barrier, it's extending into a nearby jungle. I bet he's planning on conquering some more land, just to infest it with robots." Sonic's voice came, "What happened to Jewel?" "I don't know, there's tons of damage here, but I can't find her or NS anywhere." Sally frowned, "I hope Eggman didn't harm Jewel." Back at the jungle... "I guess we're stuck." NightShade shrugged, "Darn Jewel you screwed everything up, now you're stuck and you're gunna die by some weak inferior being!" He laughed at the thought. "I am not letting Eggman win!" Jewel yelled. She thought for a few minutes. Jewel sighed and frowned. "NightShade..." she said. NightShade was laughing, he paused and stared. "What do you want?!" he glared. Jewel held out her left hand. "I know we're enemies, but we both hate Eggman...for right now, can we call a truce and stop Eggman together?" NightShade stared at her. "A truce?" he echoed. Jewel nodded, "We've been arguing and it's not going to help us get out of this problem. We've just been digging ourselves into a bigger hole. If we both cooperate, we can stop Eggman and get free from this." She held up her other hand, which was tied to the cord. NightShade glared at her. Jewel sighed, slowly drawing her hand back. She then felt her hand be pulled out again and shook. "Okay, a truce for now, but after this, we're enemies once again." NightShade said with a stern look. "Right." Jewel smiled. The robots on the ground were all searching for the two. The two jumped down from the tree and hid behind it. "Where are they?" a robot asked. "Looking for me?" Jewel's voice came. The robots looked towards the sound of the voice to see Jewel standing there, not bound by the cord with NightShade. "How'd you get free of the bindings?" a robot asked, "Where is the hedgehog?" "Let's just say I'm stronger than you think." Jewel smiled. "Get her!" the robots exclaimed. They surrounded Jewel and aimed guns at her. "Don't make us have to use force, we've been designed to shoot a special laser that paralyzes whatever it hits." they said. "Give me your best shot." Jewel said, "You'll still lose." The robots began shooting, but suddenly Jewel disappeared, causing the robots to hit and stun each other! "Chaos Wave!" Jewel exclaimed, running out from behind the tree, NightShade followed up with a Psi Blast attack. The robots were destroyed, but the explosion caught the attention of other robots. "Requesti- Jewel and NightShade had used the cord that bound them to destroy the robot before it could call for help. "Destroy!" the robots yelled, running up. The robots encircled them, creating a row of two robots (so yeah, a circle of robots, then a bigger circle with another set of robots). "Ready?" Jewel asked. NightShade nodded, glaring at the robots. The two stood back to back. Jewel used an energy blast, while NightShade used Psi Beam. They took out four robots altogether and the others began closing in the gap, getting closer to them. NightShade took a few steps forward, kicking one of the robots. He used electric kinetic (electric psychic powers) powers against the robots nearby, taking out four more. "Chaos Wave!" Jewel exclaimed, destroying the robots in front of her. There were three left and they were getting ready to fire a paralyzing laser. Jewel flipped over NightShade and took out the one in front of him. Then the two took out the two that were left. "Let's hurry up before these stupid bots follow us." Jewel said. "Right." NightShade nodded. The two ran off towards the fork in the jungle. "This time we'll go the way you wanted." Jewel said. The two took the other path this time, there were a few robots on the way, but they had no problem taking them out. They continued on, it was getting late, the sky was growing dark and the moon was rising. Eggman's voice was heard nearby on an intercom, "You two may think you're safe, but I know where you two are! There's no way you can stop me in time, I'm creating my ultimate weapon, and the robot was just a sample of my great power. With this new device I'm making, I'll rule the world and make my Eggman Empire!" With that a few guns appeared, aiming at the two. The guns began firing. "Chaos Shield!" Jewel exclaimed, putting a shield up to protect them. NightShade raised his hand and slowly balled up his fist, causing the guns to slowly blow up one-by-one. "Now that that's settled, let's keep going." he said, taking a few steps forward. The ground began to shake. It was as if a giant was as if a giant was storming through the jungle. A knight robot as tall as the trees came up, a sword in its hands. Jewel had let down her shield. "Eggman sure doesn't want us out of here alive." she murmured. "Destroy!" the robot boomed. It tried to stab Jewel with it's sword. Jewel had been caught off guard and could not shield herself from the attack. She just shut her eyes in fear. Jewel opened her eyes, realizing the robot had stopped its attack. NightShade was glowing with dark flames surround him. He was slowly curling the sword towards its' hilt. He glared at the robot, after ruining it's sword. "Behold the power of the Ultimate Life Form!" NS yelled, taking out a Chaos Emerald, "CHAOS SPEAR!" The robot was speared and had holes where the attack went through. "De-story...Damaged...calling...fo-r backup..." it said. "I'm not finished." NightShade said, glowing brightly with dark flames around him. "Form 3 Dragon- the Destroyer!" he yelled. A giant flamed figure took the form of a dragon above him. It made a loud screech and hit the robot. "Er-rrrooooorrr...Da-mmmaaaaaged...he...lp..." the robot tried to say as it disappeared, it's metal being destroyed. Jewel was just staring wide-eyed. The robot was gone and only a black smoldering crater was left. NightShade turned his head, noticing Jewel was shocked at what happened. "Come on, before the robots decide to kill us for standing around like idiots." he said. NS began walking down the path, going around the crater, Jewel was staring at the crater as she followed. They continued along as it continued to grow darker. NightShade paused and lowered to the ground. "Are you okay?" Jewel asked. "Yes...just a bit tired from my attack." NightShade glared, "But it's nothing big." He got up and continued walking, but only a few steps later, he lowered back to the ground. "Maybe we should stop and rest for now." Jewel said. She lowered towards him, to try and help him. "No, I'm fine!" NightShade snapped, swatting her away. He tried getting back up. Jewel ignored him and helped him up anyways. NightShade glared at her. "I said I don't need your help!" he yelled. NightShade tried to take a step, but he stopped, feeling himself start to fall. "It looks like it to me." Jewel smiled. She took his left arm and put it around her shoulder to support him up. "So, why don't we rest for a bit? You regain you're strength and we'll continue after Eggman." Jewel added. NightShade was just staring. "But I may be weak for quite a bit, what if Eggman finishes his weapon?" he asked. "Well, we can't go fight Eggman if one of us is too weak." Jewel said, "Besides, look up ahead, I can sort of see the secret base, so we're not too far away." She pointed over to a giant metallic spire rising from a silver colored area, in the center of the jungle. Jewel began walking towards the thick shrubbery and trees in the jungle. "We'll rest somewhere away from the path so nothing can attack us." she said. NightShade slowly walked, being helped by Jewel. He looked over occasionally, a bit confused still about why Jewel was helping him. There was a sound of flowing water. "Well, I guess this'll be a good spot to rest." Jewel said. The two were near a small little lake with water flowing from a cliff above and then the water exited through a little river. The water had been contaminated though, most likely by a certain evil doctor. Jewel helped NightShade down to the ground, to rest against a tree. She then sat not too far away. Jewel yawned, "Well, I'm kinda tired, g'night. You can just wake me up when you regain your strength." Jewel shut her eyes and went to sleep.

The Female Ultimate Life Form! Posts: 3,112 Group: E Rank Legend Member #59 Joined: April 29, 2006	Well... here's the third chapter. �_� Chapter 3: The power of Teamwork �Chao� �Chao!� �CHAO!� �Chao� The voices of Chao echoed through the area where the two slept. There were tons of Chao, wounded and injured, walking about or flying, looking at the two. �Chao! Chao! Chao!� a little neutral Chao cried, flying near NightShade. NightShade tried ignoring the sound. He opened his eyes and stared. NS looked around confused and noticed Jewel had accidentally fell asleep on his shoulder. NightShade immediately got up, freaked out by what was going on. He caused the Chao to back away in fear. �OW!� Jewel exclaimed, waking up. She stared confused and looked up to see a muggy sky (which means it isn�t daytime yet, it�s early) and NightShade, who was glaring at the Chao now. �Chaaaaoooo!� the Chao cried, backing off. Jewel got up and stared. �What�s going on?� she asked. Jewel stared at all the injured Chao, backing away. �Aw, those poor Chao.� she added, slowly walking forward. �I think I�m gunna be sick.� NightShade said, crossing his arms. �Chaaaoooooo!� the Chao backed away, but one of them couldn�t move away. Jewel walked closer, causing NS to be dragged along. She picked up one of the Chao and pet it. �You poor little Chao, Eggman ruined your home, huh?� Jewel said. �Chao! Chao!� the neutral Chao cried, trying to get away. Jewel got up and turned to NightShade. �NightShade, do you think you could clean the water with your psychic powers?� she asked. �What, I am not wasting my powers just for some weak little Chao!� NS snapped. �You know, I bet Eggman did this, I bet he�s using the contaminated water to power his secret base.� Jewel said, continuing to pet the Chao, �This river could probably lead us easily into his base, but it�s to dirty to try and walk through.� �If I have to.� NightShade glared. He raised his hand towards the water and immediately glowed, until turned into clean water. �CHAO!� �Chao!� The Chao began chanting, all of them, except for the one Jewel had, swarmed around NS. �Chao!� �Chao!� �Aw they like you, you�re their hero!� Jewel laughed. �I am nothing of the sort!� NightShade yelled, looking about at all the Chao. The Chao then jumped into the water and began swimming, in process cleaning themselves of their wounds. �Well, we should probably go.� Jewel said, letting the Chao she was holding jump into the water, �We�ll just sneak towards his base through the river.� She got into the water and walked towards the river, but paused as she was held back. �NightShade what�re you doing?� Jewel asked. �Nothing, are you sure this�ll lead to Eggman�s base?� NightShade asked. �Yes�you can�t swim can you?� Jewel asked. She walked back and took his hand, dragging him in. �Don�t worry, the water shouldn�t get too high to where you have to swim.� Jewel said. They walked through the river, but stopped as they heard a sound. �Chao, Chao!� the Chao Jewel was holding chirped, following them. It flew towards Jewel. �Chao!� it said happily. �You wanna come along?� Jewel asked. �Chao, Chao, Chao!� it nodded. �Okay.� Jewel said. With that they continued on, the water had started getting up higher. Jewel stopped, felling as if she was just dragging NS. She turned to see him staring at the water fearfully. �NightShade?� Jewel asked, a surprised expression on her face. ��What?!� NightShade asked. �You�re�scared�Of all the things, you�re scared of water.� Jewel laughed at the thought. �I am not scared!� NightShade snapped. �Right.� Jewel smiled. She continued walking through the water. They eventually saw the base in sight, they were near a power generator, which would lead them inside. First they had to go down a waterfall just to get inside. Jewel jumped, NightShade being dragged along too. The Chao flew down, following them. NightShade immediately came back up. He spit out some water, accidentally hitting Jewel. �Gee, thanks.� Jewel said, with a grossed out look. She noticed a giant pipe next to the generator. �I bet that�s going to be an easy way in there. They went over towards the pipe, climbed up and walked through it, their Chao friend of course tagging along. Inside� Eggman was in the same robot, but it was armored (like the knight) and much fiercer looking. �Now, just a few more modifications, then I can rule the world!� he laughed, typing on a keyboard in the robot. �STOP RIGHT THERE EGGMAN!� Jewel exclaimed. �Chao Chao!� the Chao exclaimed, trying to look tough. �Ah, well if it isn�t the happy couple.� Eggman laughed, �Here to get beaten again?� �You wish!� NightShade snapped. Eggman began firing up a laser gun on the center of the robots chest. �Heh, we�ll see how well you can win against me!� he said, firing the laser. �We�re moving right and using out powers to stop him okay?� NS asked. �Right.� Jewel said. The two moved out of the way, just barely before the attack hit. �CHAO WAVE!� �CHAOS SPEAR!� Both attacks barely scratched the robot. �Hah, hah, don�t you remember, I have the Ultimate Chaos Emerald�s power, I�m invincible!� Eggman laughed. Both used an energy blast against Eggman, denting his robot. �Er, you little brats, I just fixed this robot!� Eggman yelled. He fired a barraged of laser beams at them. �Chaos Sh- Jewel tried to put up a shield, but the attack broke through and hit her. She just stared blankly for a few minutes. �HAH, my robot has a special attack to nullify your Ultimate Chaos Emeralds powers for 15 minutes Jewel!� Eggman smirked, �And how about I set you free, then you both can be on your way.� He fired another beam, which freed the two from their binding. �No way Eggman, we both hate your guts, we�ll stop you either way!� Jewel cried. �Well you better hope your new boyfriend will help you, because I�m leaving, so long losers!� Eggman laughed, preparing his robot to blast off. �You vile human!� NightShade yelled. He jumped up and landed on a catwalk, which led towards the robot. �Hey, wait for me, my powers won�t work because they�re nullified!� Jewel cried. NightShade glared, snapping his fingers and teleporting Jewel up on the catwalk as well. �Now you�re in my way echidna.� he said, running off towards Eggman. �Hah, you�re not going to get far!� Eggman laughed, firing a laser at NightShade. NightShade had gotten past the attack and Jewel just barely got out of the way, but the catwalk began bending, causing Jewel to fall. Jewel immediately grabbed the hand railing. She looked down to see there was some toxic waste in a vat down below. �Oh great, this is a nice predicament!� Jewel frowned. She tried getting up, the Chao had even flew by and was trying to fly her back up. �NightShade�� Jewel frowned. Err, at this rate my robot will just barely have enough time to take off a minute before Jewel gets her power back. Eggman thought. �NightShade, please help.� Jewel cried, �Then you can just forget this happened, and we can be enemies again.� NightShade stopped, he was ready to attack Eggman. �You�re getting in my way!� he yelled, �You stupid echidna!� �NightShade, please!� Jewel pleaded. She tried getting up, but she slipped and let go. �WAAAH!� Jewel cried. �CHAO!� the Chao cried, trying to fly, but it couldn�t. Jewel hit something. She felt herself in someone�s arms. Jewel looked up to see NightShade, she cupped her mouth a bit shocked. NightShade flew back towards the catwalk and set Jewel down. �Hahaha, see you lovebirds!� Eggman laughed as his robot blasted off. �YOU VILE HUMAN, GET BACK HERE!� NightShade yelled. �Thanks�NightShade.� Jewel said. She actually gave him a hug as thanks. NightShade pushed her back, down towards the ground and glared at her. He yelled in anger, �You, look what you�ve done! That stupid human got away, because you had to get stuck!� �Chao.� the Chao said in fear. Jewel got back up and turned towards where Eggman had left. �We can still beat him!� she said confidently. �Reeeaaally?� NightShade said sarcastically, crossing his arms. �Yeah, I think the 15 minutes are up, we can both go into Super form and beat that Egg-butt!� Jewel said. �I guess.� NightShade sighed. �Okay, just concentrate going into Super form then.� Jewel said, taking both his hands. The two went into Super form and took off after Eggman, and you know of course the little Chao followed. They caught up to Eggman just before he got to Station Square. �Hah, you think you can defeat me?� Eggman laughed, �Don�t get your hopes up, I could still beat you both in super form!� He began charging up all three lasers. �Let�s give it everything we got!� Jewel exclaimed. NightShade nodded. Both raised their hands up, glowing brightly. �CHAOS INFERNO!� the two yelled in unison. A giant flame colored blast came charging towards Eggman. Eggman fired his laser, but it was deflected back. �NOOOOO!!!� he exclaimed. The robot blew up in a giant explosion. Eggman sat in giant pile of rubble. Jewel and NS both transformed back to normal. Eggman got up, really scared of the two. �I GIVE!� he cried, running as fast as his legs could go. NightShade smiled evilly, �Now for my prize!� He began digging through the rubble and came back up with the Ultimate Chaos Emerald. �Well, one villain down, one more to go!� Jewel smiled, flying towards NightShade, �Chaos Wave!� she exclaimed, hitting NightShade who wasn�t paying attention. Jewel pried the emerald from his hands and kicked him backwards. �I�ll go easy on you today, but you still don�t get this emerald.� Jewel laughed. She turned and walked away. �Chao, Chao!� the Chao said, sticking out it�s tongue. It then fluttered behind Jewel.

Spaded Jaded and Faded Posts: 2,964 Group: E Rank Legend Member #2 Joined: April 8, 2006	(yey I bring back yet another old topic) You people should like read this one, its a good story. Ive read a few of SSG's works and they are all very good.
	--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Pacfan has left the building. There will be no return from me either. (Dubbmatic is my come and go account, as for this one, I want it to remain inactive, it symbolizes my solidified stay at Sonic Blast. To use it now puts it to shame) UPDATE: I have returned my name back to it's original form that most of you had come to know me by. It seemed more fitting. Good bye to any and all!
