Well we turned on the sprinkler at night to keep the oranges from freezing and in the morning we discovered that there were ice cycles all over it and the grass.  It got down to 22 or 24 at night and froze all night. Pretty unusual for this area.

Central California. Usually it gets down to 30 at night for a few nights in the winter and then stays above freezing the rest of the winter. It was cool though. I broke off a few and ate them. |

Lol, ice is good! It's like water you can eat. Yeah here it's not near as cold as it is over there, but it is 40 miles away from where I live.

No, I'm saying 40 miles away from where I live it's as cold as Michigan. In the mountains. It was below 0 up there that past few days at night and in the low 20's during the day. |

Well if you were to go by the temperatures here that are record lows/near record lows you'd think it was global cooling.  Actually it's not global warming, it's climate change. Climate change means there are more extremes in weather, not just getting hotter.
