 "...amazing." I looked around. The fact that I had never discovered this place is kind of surprising.

Then again it's not like I went looking for people. I'm usually left alone with my thoughts and... well, never mind that. Now that I look at her, she does seem vaguely familiar. Perhaps I've seen her run through the forest every now and then. But I usually paid it no mind, considering as long as I'm left alone, people are free to do what they want.

"Well my names as simple as it comes. X. Just one syllable." I laugh at my own name. What kind of parents give their child a one syllable name? "As for how I've been living... I've got a few animal traps set up around the forest and every now and then I get lucky enough to catch something big. I've never had to hide though."

I looked around and picked a rock large enough for me to sit on.

"And before you ask, no, I don't eat people." I stretched and began to think of my age. "I'm about 20 years old last I checked. Then again I don't exactly keep a calender around so that's essentially a guess."

Looking at her home it seems she's been sneaking off into some nearby town. "And how about you?"
