The most important meal of the day
Like most bodily habits, you probably don't realize that you're doing it most times. You do need to recognize that you're doing it, if not even why, just recognize when you are doing it and stop yourself. Soon, stopping yourself from grinding your teeth will become a habit instead of actually grinding your teeth. Then not doing it will be the habit! I did the same thing when I was younger and used to bite my nails. The only real way I could get myself to stop is to realize when I was doing it and spit my fingers back out of my mouth. I think I had conquered the habit in about a week.
