Hm.. Why is that? Is it gonna be like some sort of competition or something? Having a uniform layout will make it a lot easier for people to write, and read it. It keeps a "professional" feel to it, and will be better for visitors of the forum who want to read them. The word limit was added so It would help bring out better details and more depth to your opinions on each aspect included. The more words, the better the review, in my opinion. Yeah but if it is supposed to have a "professional" feel to it then it should be just that-- professional. But having a free for all where anybody can submit isn't exactly professional. Idk I guess I'm just not cool with the idea of it having to be a specific, set format simply because some people (such as myself) may feel the need to express our opinions in different or even unorthodox ways. And I get what you're saying about the word limit. But those word limits are considerably small for game reviews. Or is that just me?
