I don't know where I'm going.
When Metallix offered me the job, I went back to the ideas that I had when I was encouraged to do it 5 years ago. There are several ideas I had that would involve community support and contributions. Ideas consisted of:

1) =SB= Contest page
Something that would allow members to compete in certain competitions set up by any staff member, if they were to develop any contests at all. Contests I had in mind where those suggested in the Gaming Group sub-forum topic, or bringing art contests into the mix (best fan character, best art exhibit, best fan art piece, act.).

2)=SB= Member Game Reviews
I feel like a page where members wants to submit reviews would bring out new discussions on the game. This doesn't need to be limited to Sonic either. Having an idea of what we all play can bring out similar interests other then our mutual love for the blue hedgehog. So far, everyone can see that with games like Pokemon.

3)=SB= Character Bios
I want to add more character information, but I know I wouldn't be able to do it myself. If I were to throw in a certain format, I can ask members to fill out their bios for me. This way, they can have fun and write whatever they see the characters as. A character bio written by a Sonic fan seems more appealing then a wikipedia copy-and-paste article, doesn't it?

4)=SB= Contribution Page
A page where members can see what people have contributed in the past. Things like certain contests, art, banners, sigs, topics, things like that.

5)=SB= Member of the Month Database
Members of the month can write about themselves, and really introduce themselves to the forum through this page. Included will be staff comments, detailing what they thought of the titleholder.

6)=SB= Arcade
Just some flash games where members can play in case they get bored.

These are just brainstormed, I would need feedback though.

EDIT:

Not necessarily. When one clicks the button labelled "Website" it forces the Default skin. I'm pretty sure this is the issue they were referring to, although I could be wrong. I also don't know if there's a way to work around that.

Good suggestion. I can find a way to work around it. It'll take a little while to actually implement it, but I'm almost positive I can figure it out.
