Oil Ocean could use a cool banner. Its the only skin without one... On that note, Oil Ocean was the level I hated the most for some reason, so I could careless about the skin, wont be using it 
Dreamcaster is still the best skin IMO. Oh! and I think Planet Wisp could use some touching up too I guess... I don't know, maybe its just me. But the back ground kinda throw me off for some reason. *shrugs*
