Let's think about it for a minute, Many Sonic fan games have been made in the past decade. Sega has never stopped those games, So why is it when this comes around they pull the plug on it?
Because this is a fan remake, not a fan game, and in the long run making a fan remake is just the same as making a pirated copy of the actual game, it takes money away from the company.
When was the last time they made a new Streets of Rage to make money off of? All they've done is re-rereleased the same trio in a few compilations. People would still have purchased the compilations,so unless SEGA plans to come out with a new SoR game soon, I think they need to just back off and let us have our fun.
