Asher had been leaning over, taking a peek at Kao's notes as she wrote, now about Yo'chi's dream. Three things stood out to him, only one of which he opted to vocalize. "So bits and pieces of our dreams are all showing up, at least in Kao's... And not to mention there's a common theme: a similar-to-the-dreamer, important individual with something profoundly cryptic to say," he commented idly. "I mean, yeah, they're just dreams, but at the same time; among four people here? All acquaintances? I mean, Kao, and Yo'chi, we can expect, but me, and Toby? It's not something that can be written off as just coincidence," he finished. He'd only sound dramatic because the subject matter seemed so. Asher didn't miss Yo'chi's uneasy tone. That was the second thing that stood out. He'd never, and he meant NEVER, knew Yo'chi to be nervous. He'd always been insufferably braggy and confident (with the possible exception of midterms, but Ash had been more focused on his own studies), and to hear him nervous? That nearly set Asher uneasy. The third thing, though, was just one word, scratched out, in Kao's notes on his own dream. What, he would wonder, would make Kao think I might make the tools for my dream-smith? |

Well I wish you the best of luck. I'm having a hard time myself because no one at my school likes Sonic. It's frowned apon and I get bullied about it all the time. At my school it's all about Mario.
I don't really speak geek. I know a lot about video games but not about technology. You know the Olympics crossover games? Or Super Smash Brothers Brawl? Those have both Mario and Sonic; maybe try to turn the conversation over to those if you're familiar with them, and use that to nudge it further to the Sonic side of the discussion. |

It's when you say things like you 'want to marry Sonic' that people begin to think there's a problem. Aside from what Smashmaster up there suggested, you might want to think twice about saying things so... extreme. |

I love Sonic a lot, so much that I wish he was real so I could marry him and we could have children. Emphasis added; this is a good reason for people to be concerned.
So, my advice, first off, is to take a step back and figure out just why it is you're attracted to Sonic like that. |

"You. I haven't forgotten about you." "Aww. I'd almost forgotten about you, but then you had to ruin it, coming into the room and all."
Best comeback line EVER! Which is why I enjoy the Dresden Files series. (And I mean the book series.) Not only is every fantasy critter and trope stuck in the blender and drizzled over Chicago... Our hero has a rare sort of wit. (When it works.) |

Speaking of CoD: Ghosts, Wonder what the Zombie modes will have for us this time around? More "TranZit" Levels? More awesome maps?
Not that i play CoD. I mean, I play CoD, but not Religiously, like some of the Online trolls i see on Youtube. Dern Trolls...wish they'd all DIE. (Says the "DIE" part like Ganon says it on the CD-I games) But seriously, looking forward to seeing CoD: Ghosts. I have Black Ops on wii, and that's good enough for me. Reasonably sure Ghosts won't have Zombies. Ghosts is on the Infinity Ward side of the CoD handoff. The ones with Zombies (World at War, both Black Ops) were Treyarch. |

"They don't seem all that related to the dream, though," Asher replied. "I mean, looking at them now, after I've woke up a bit, it's not like they make much sense anyways..." His voice trailed off. An idea had struck him. Nothing he could check out right away; he'd need the sketches in front of him to be sure, but on a hunch, he flipped idly through the leather-bound tome he'd left by his plate. If he could trust his recollection, maybe he could find some common pattern between his sketches and the Book of Ether. If only he could make some kind of sense out of it, too. "Oh, yeah. Your dream. I'm sure Kao'd like to hear about that one, if you're willing to recap," he added. |
