The Ultimate Test
"Chill, man, chill. Don't rush yourself," Taylor said to Diamond. "We got some time before we take on Lunar again."

Caption the Signature above you.
OMG. A Cheronian hedgie.

Only a trekkie'll get that.

The Ultimate Test
(Play Two Thrones recently? Lulz.)

Taylor blocked the shards that would hit him easily, simply because the attack had not been directed solely towards him. "Dude. Diamond. Chill, man," Taylor said. Am I gonna have to shoot this guy?

The Ultimate Test
"You ever see a Phyrexian? They're the most horrific creatures in existence. I use that as a basis for ugliness. You're nothing close. I mean, a third eye might put some people off, but you're okay. Chill," Taylor said. "Let's get this done and over with already."

The Ultimate Test
"Who's 'Eclipse'?" Taylor queried. "Am I the only one here who's got his mind all to himself here? God, I hope not."

SAMURAI JACK ON TONIGHT!
Confound it. My TV is only connected to a PS2. I at least own two seasons on DVD, though. Gotta love the Scotsman's epic insult.

Insanity contest!
AAH! TALKING DEMON DOGS! I MUST TURN THEM INTO SPAM!

The Ultimate Test
"What do you mean, 'could'?" Taylor asked. Tiny's choice of words confused him. "Do you mean not just anyone can use that thing? If that's what you mean, then what do I, just as an example, have to do?"

The Ultimate Test
"If I had more time, I could probably do up a passable imitation, but conjuring's not my forte. So yeah, the failed experiments," Taylor said. "Risky? Yeah. But not as risky as fighting Lunar at the peak of the power he's gonna get."

The Ultimate Test
"What I'm saying is, if we wait until the peak of the eclipse, then we probably won't get the chance to pull it off. Lunar will be too powerful for any of us to even get within ten feet of him. Do you see my point now?" Taylor asked. "And besides, how do you know that the power won't escape the emerald? On the off-chance it does, it could enter any one of us, and overwhelm us. Like I said, our safest bet is that we implement the plan at the first opportunity we get."

The Ultimate Test
(Geez, you guys are going way too fast.)
"Diamond's on to something, all right. We wouldn't be absorbing it. But even if the emerald's a flop, Tiny's seeing our best alternative," Taylor said. It's not our only one, but it is the best one. "But if we do this at the height of the eclipse, the cumulative power will be impossible to draw away from Lunar safely. We need to implement this plan at the earliest opportunity to pull this off without harming ourselves or Lunar." Or the others.

The Ultimate Test
"Hey, hey... I don't need volunteers, not yet; I don't even know if this idea will work. But now I know that if it's possible, then we can pull this off without a hitch," Taylor said to the others. "I didn't even know the rest of you were capable of channeling energy through yourselves. But Tiny, is it possible?" Taylor asked again. "Because if it is, then we have a plan."

The Ultimate Test
"Doubt it. Probably the guy who's got it isn't gonna show his face until long after this is all over." Taylor recalled something Diamond said. "Lunar is being overwhelmed and controlled by a power granted from the contract and the eclipse, yes? Then there might be a way to end this without causing lethal harm to Lunar. Lunar can't force that power to go against its own ineffable will, but, on the off-chance someone else can channel it off of him, could it be done then?" Taylor asked Tiny.

The Ultimate Test
"You weren't listening. It's the eclipse that's giving him power. No, wait, it's that infernal contract," Taylor said. As he said that, Taylor had an idea, that should've been glaringly obvious: "Why don't we just bust the moon, then? No moon, no eclipse. No eclipse, no power boost." Frankly, though, that just sounds stupid.

The Ultimate Test
"That's it... You're going too far! NOVA ARC!" Taylor brought down his sword even though he was some distance from Lunar, and a giant arc of blinding flames shot at Lunar. "Snap out of it, man."

The Ultimate Test
"Aargh. Why does this always have to be so complicated." Taylor leapt to his right, away from the falling boulder. Then, swinging his sword, he shot an arc of flames at Lunar.

The Ultimate Test
"Nope, no plans, I'm just going in," Taylor said. He popped up to the ceiling, smashed his fireball into his sword, and dove at Lunar. Nova Blitz!

The Ultimate Test
"Let's light this candle." Taylor's blade was at the ready, and a fireball appeared in his free hand. There's only one way this can go if we don't stop it. Oblivion. Can't have that.

The Ultimate Test
Out of nowhere, Taylor had acquired a sword. "I'd be careful around that if I were you," Taylor warned Edge. "Don't know what'd happen, but I doubt it'd be beneficial to your health." Taylor merely stared at the orb, willing it to just open of its own accord. Or perhaps he was lost in thought at the moment. Then his next comment came just out of nowhere: "Maybe I'll see you around after this is all said and done."

The Ultimate Test
"I don't think any of these people understand what it's like to be hit with a power glut. It happened to me once; it hurt like hell. My only recourse was to let it off in the void. If Lunar's getting the power you say he is... he needs help, and fast," Taylor said to Tiny. "It's probably worse than what I got."
