Jim would be great for the Office, but I'd also like to tout a dark horse candidate, partly inspired by ME's theme. Jeff Bridges!

I'm rather surprised that I haven't gotten an e-mail with all the revenue I generated for the PSP section of the Playstation Store.
You get an e-mail for that?
For the data compromise you're supposed to.

So what does MAINTENANCE ISSUE mean?
There's been issues reported with my server which I've been debugging on my free time.

Sony isn't going to prematurely say something which could send everyone in a panic if they don't know if it's true or not.
When such personal information is even suspected to be compromised, Sony had a duty to report to their customers immediately. They sat on it and now people are rightfully angry and scrambling to change their details. Inept network security, shoddy sales practices and management.

GG Sony. And remember kiddies, you don't need a Network to play on your SEGA Genesis or Dreamcast.

Sony faces lawsuit over PlayStation hack

By Maija Palmer in London

Published: April 28 2011 16:19 | Last updated: April 28 2011 16:19

The first lawsuit has been filed against Sony in the US after hackers stole the personal details of more than 70m people on the company’s PlayStation Network.

Kristopher Johns, a 36-year-old Alabama resident, filed a class-action lawsuit against the Japanese company in the US District Court for the Northern District of California.

The lawsuit claims that Sony violated laws prohibiting companies from storing credit card data.

It also said that Sony “failed to encrypt data and establish adequate firewalls to handle a server intrusion contingency, failed to provide prompt and adequate warnings of security breaches, and unreasonably delayed in bringing the PSN service back on line”.

Sony was on Thursday reported to be telling gamers that it had encrypted the credit card data that was stolen, reducing the chances of it being misused. The company had initially said that none of the data had been encrypted.

Sony is facing widespread criticism over the way it has handled the hacking crisis, particularly the week-long delay before it informed gamers of the breach.

Many gamers have complained that they have still not received any notification from Sony about the problem.

I'd love it if the payout was about a quarter of a million or so at least if it becomes class action.

So Toledo and the surrounding areas got hit with a cascading power outage this morning. Amazingly enough, Fremont gets knocked out along with most of Sandusky County, with the exception of my part of Gibsonburg. That means I dodged a group presentation and fiber splicing.

This just in, a lawsuit's been issued against Sony by a PSN user. If this goes class-action, I say don't hesitate, litigate!

N.E.R.D gets more action than the Call of Duty Warchest.
So that would be 'none' then.
This comes from the guy who gets as much fun and action that Superman 64 has.

I'm going to get so fat since there are so many BR shops around.. me and a couple friends are going to go pillage. xD
Aren't you fat enough right now as it is Bowie? Damn man, think about the brain freeze! XD I'd so get a part of that if we had a BR around here. All we have are a few local joints and a Toft's. Then again, I can beat that anyways. You can get ice cream for 25 cents a cup here at Terra State.
