This one's a tough call. I can see reasons for treating it as free speech and also reasons for treating it as a security threat. I guess it would have to be decided on a case by case basis. Now if this was all that he had, I reckon it'd be free speech. But if he had these effigies and let's say a stockpile of explosives and the like, I'd be all for putting him in the bin.

At the same time, this anti-Obama rhetoric is just stupid. A majority voted him in and he's doing the job he was elected to do. Like every President beforehand. So he's of mixed race. Big deal. The same respect should be afforded to him as every last President prior to him. If he screws the pooch, then he should answer to Congress, the Supreme Court and the voters. Not violent extremists.
