| I stick to the tried and true abandonware scene. You know, old DOS and Windows games that have been abandoned by their publisher because either the copyright expired or they release it into public domain. Safe and completely legal as abandonware's regulated by the ESA but that means that some of the really good stuff has to be bought somewhere or it's a walk down the road most traveled >.> |

"I was...well, I could still be considered a scientist. Used to build extraordinary machines. Airplanes, robots. Then this." He tapped his helmet. "Helped me survive Space Colony ARK when its environment systems were sabotaged, and its crash into Greenland." He then blinked. "Wait, you two wouldn't know that because your ARK's still in orbit." He sighed and turned the key and then stamped on the brake as he shifted into reverse.
"I'm not even from this timeline. No way of getting back, so the government decided that with a few edited records that all the sudden OCP Security Concepts makes advances in their RoboCop program and I'm now the best protection money can buy. Armed with dual .45 automatics, protected by this suit of damascium, which is 95.15% Type-5610 Carbon Steel Composite, 2.10% diamond frost, 1.25% carbon, 0.85% titanium, 0.5% tungsten and 0.15% manganese. Long story short, no need to feel guilty when I pull a Kevin Costner and take the bullet(s)." |

| "Of course I'm more obsessive-compulsive. Not only am I part killing machine, but the other half which most people neglect to acknowledge is that of Miles Prower." Cy-Fox cocked his head as he looked at the rearview mirror. "You two probably know him better as Tails." He then reached up and adjusted the mirror so that he had a good view of both Timothy and the rear window. |

| Cy-Fox tilted his head in surprise and then hastily recollected his senses. "It would have been more efficient if you simply said yes." He then approached the Crown Victoria that Tim and Rachael had seen earlier and opened the driver side door. Surprisingly enough, there was no dent on it. |

Remember what happened when Cox tried to mess with the Janitor? He got locked in a morgue drawer till TUC/J.D freed him. And I know TUC will side with the friendly Firebird. |

Do you have a romantic interest, Cy-Fox? I'll answer that *holds up silenced pistol and shoots seadra in the head* No comment. [/Bond-fanfare]
And if TUC's J.D then I'm Janitor. |

| What's with the media and Sara Palin?! |

Guys, two words. Obama Republican. Yeah, right here. Me. Scary huh? Sure, give Palin some credit, she turned the Alaskan economy around but you do know that most of the Alaskan economy is OIL? Alaska is basically Texas with a bigger area to cover (Alaska is our largest state), and look what Texas gave us.
Now look at Joe Biden. Sure, compared to Sarah Palin, Palin beats him in a swimsuit competition but this is NOT a swimsuit competition. This is the bloody vice-presidency. The presidency of the Senate. Successor to the President in the event of death or incapitation by health or other means. Senator Biden on the other hand has experience with foreign policy. Plus he has to have something going for him if Barack Obama chose him for VP. |

| Cy-Fox was already searching through the civic database as soon as Tim said "cafe" and "Station Square". After dismissing a bunch of Starbucks with a Boolean statement, he arrived at a possible one, and thus his head perked up. "Bayview?" |

"That's what happens when territory expands. It's hard enough to be science's one man army in the United States. Which is where you come in." Hood then looked over to Cy-Fox. "I see you met your protection. Don't worry about his quirks. Miles himself is actually a scientist as well with a, shall we say, strange past."
"A twisted one at that." Cy-Fox said, half-lidding his eyes within his helmet. Hood sighed. "Luckily for us, there is currently no crisis, but when there is, he will be the one to know about it and inform you." Hood then stood up. "Now, if you would excuse me, I have a fruitful retirement to look forward to." |

| Just as Hood was staring down at his watch, the door to the room he and Young were in opened. Cy-Fox filed in and stepped to the side, waiting for his new principles to come through. Hood turned in his chair "Mr. Ulysses!" he called out. "I'm Jacob Hood. I think we've heard a lot about each other in the media." |

| "I'm no fan of the Borg myself. In fact I prefer original Star Trek." Cy-Fox said, voice tuned towards that of his original, past self. "Sorry, but my systems have been on the blink today. It's a good thing that we ended up meeting each other here because you wouldn't have been able to enter without me with you." The cyborg then tilted its head down. "There'll be a small briefing by Doctor Hood and judging from metabolic scans, you two haven't had anything for breakfast yet." |

| "Good afternoon," the fox said. "My name is Miles Prower, designation: Cy-Fox. I am your assigned guardian, assigned by the Executive Protection Division. My primary directive is to serve your needs and also your security." Cy-Fox then tried to smile, but it looked more like a grimace. |

With that, another sedan pulled up beside their own. It was a gray-black Ford Crown Victoria (the LTD series having been long long retired since the 1970s). On the front door panels was a white shield which contained this insignia in an unusual orange:

The Crown Victoria was known to be the flagship government vehicle, but this car looked to be like a civilian model. No sign of strobe lights, sirens or anything remotely 'government' except for the buggy whip antenna in the back, which signified that its occupant at least had a police grade radio. The front driver side door opened quickly, and whoever that was driving must have been Arnold Schwarzenegger's weight lifting buddy, because the car door slammed into the blue sedan's passenger side door, setting off its alarm.
The driver then casually stepped out of the car. He didn't see it as unusual that he was wearing enough armor to make an old French knight crap his pants, or that when he shut the door and glared at the blue car that the alarm stopped. He was just your typical unusual urban-enforcement grade cyborg fox.
The fox's armor suit was white with the exception of some gray and orange through out its design. Two tails snaked out of a hole in the back end and swished casually as he stepped up towards Timothy and Rachel. His white muzzle (most of it hidden inside the helmet armor) had a blank expression on it. |
