From what it looks like, this appears to be taking place in a young boy's house, and this boy has to avoid the Animatronics that are now stalking him for some reason, perhaps in his nightmares.

Yeah, at first I wasn't much into it, but now I am finding it enjoyable, especially with the new updates. The multiplayer is where it really shines, but the single player missions aren't much.

I love it when everyone tries to go for more kills, while I just happily paint away from enemy territory and get points easy there.
