I actually liked Marine, and although Sticks isn't exactly her, I think I'll like her quite a bit too. Her Australian/British accent isn't that bad. To me, it's about as fake as Sniper's is in TF2. I wonder how she's going to help in their fight against Eggman? |

| Hello, I thought I'd make a thread for another anime that I've become extremely interested in. This is my second-favorite anime series of all, although Sonic is still better than it in my opinion, but it is still pretty darn close. It is called Strike Witches Strike Witches is about these girls who are called "Joint Fighters" who all have special powers and kitten/puppy/bunny ears whenever these powers are active. The Joint Fighter are taking part in a secret army organization where they fight by using these futuristic power-amplifying flight legs. The story takes place in a futuristic-WWII setting too. They form a team known as the "501st Joint Fighter Union" otherwise known as the "Strike Witches." The Joint Fighters are currently involved in a war against a biomechanical, insectoid, Parasitic, Alien race known as the Neuroi. These Neuroi resemble large parasitic creatures with black skin covered in a hexagon pattern and red spots too, usually the red spots being where they shoot powerful lasers from. They are capable of infecting machine beings, as for most of their fights with them are against infected ships and other vehicles (though there are a few battles against normal ones too), and I think they may be able to corrupt a living host too. They also have other special abilities such as shields and firing red lasers, some that even change direction in midair, and some powers even unique to only specific types. However, all Neuroi have a major weak point, a large red power-core in their body. Destroying this will instantly destroy the Neuroi, and sometimes this is in an easy-to find place, while others are more obscure. The Neuroi also appear to be hive-minded, as for sometimes a larger one will send out many smaller drone Neuroi, but these drones act more like extra limbs than independent creatures, and perish as soon as the one who spawned them does. Not only that, but they live and spawn in these massive floating structures known as Hives. However, their intentions are yet to be seen though. Personally I think they are really cool, and are the best part of the series. The Neuroi are so awesome and they remind me a lot of the Aparoid in Star Fox, and the Ing in Metroid Prime. I watch the series mainly for the dogfights against the Neuroi though, and for the cute and cuddliness of the Joint Fighters. If only there was more of those dogfights in it *sigh.* The series is extremely cute at times, and I love the battle scenes. However, I do have some problems with it that makes it somewhat less. First of all, they don't focus enough on the warfare parts, and focus moe on their "dorm-lives." The battle scenes in Strike Witches last on average, 4 to 5 minutes, I'd prefer more of it being half an episode to a whole episode on average in combat. Also it is a bit erotic at times, which I dislike, though I have learned to ignore those parts. Like for one, the Joint Fighters never wear pants and always run around in their underwear, though this is because thier flight legs are hard to put on with pants on, and they have to be ready at all times. Not only that, but there are also a few other ones too. Nevertheless, it's awesome, and I'd reccomend Strike Witches to all of you. The series is supposed to be a tribute to Mecha-Musume, which in case you don't know, are japanese small-girl personifications of Army Vehicles, which they resemble when they have their flight legs on. The joint-fighters themselves also happen to be based on real-world war heroes, such as Erica is based on "Erich Hartmann," and Sanya is modeled after "Lydia Litvyak." The series is chock full of other symbolic parts to WWII as well. The series also reminds me a ton of Danmaku Shmup games due to how they battles turn out, like in Dodonpachi, Touhou, Ketsui Kizuna, Battle Garegga/Bakraid, Armed Police Batriders, Strikers 1945, etc. which also is one of the reasons I love it so much. Strike Witches is like Star Fox meets Metal Slug and Touhou, with a metric ton of cute and cuddliness added in, and plenty more! The show only has 2 seasons of 12 episodes each, plus a manga series, and a full-length movie. Season 3 is coming out soon too. So anyone else here heard of Strike Witches? And if you have, do any of you guys like it? |

Same here. I like how it brings out his adventurous and excitement-loving hero side. It also reminds me of The Scout from TF2 in ways, who I also find similar to Sonic, so it fits. |

| Well, more stuff has been revealed for Sonic Boom A new character is appearing in Sonic Boom, and she's called "Sticks The Badger." She's a totally new character, although she looks rather similar to Marine The Raccoon from Sonic Rush Adventure. Not much else has been said about her, except that she's going to be one of Sonic and Co.'s new allies in Sonic Boom, and she wields a boomerang as her weapon of choice. She will also appear in the video game too. Here's a pic of what Sticks The Badger looks like. ![]() |

| Hello again everyone. I want to tell you about this online game that I play called Cosmic Break. Its rather fun and awesome, and very cute too. Cosmic Break is this fast-paced mech-based shooter with MMORPG Elements too, and it's online multiplayer and Free To Play as well! It has a variety of different robots to use and customize and it is really fun. There's many types you can create, such as Custom Robo-style ones, Chibified Gundam-style ones, and even Adorable and moe' Mecha-Musume-style ones with super cute features like sweet glasses, maid outfits, and cute little kitten ears (my favorites). The armment has a large range of different types to choose from, as well as your parts and other equipment too, and there also many battle styles you can customize a lot too. In fact, it even has an in-game skin editor that allows you to change your robot's paint job too! The matches are very intense and great for this type of shooter. There's so much to explain about it, but I don't wanna ruin too much. Its a great game and I suggest you try it out, as for its also free. And yes there is an English-version too. Also some stuff you should also know about Cosmic Break The Official Cosmic Break Site for you to start playing it and learn stuff about it and all: http://cosmicbreak.com/ Examples of the various kinds of Robots you can use in Cosmic Break, and this is just a mere small sampling of the hundreds of others. And or course, some gameplay videos too. Well, you should really try Cosmic Break. It is one of the most awesome Online Games I've ever come across. I bet some of you will like it a ton too. If anyone wants to find me in-game, my name on it is MamiSan, and I will try to send you a friend request if I find you when you join. |

| It certainly is, especially the execution scenes. The video games are awesome too. My favorite characters have to be Chihiro (Super High-School Level Programmer), Alter-Ego (the A.I. version of himself that Chihiro created), and Nanami Chiaki (Super High-School Level Gamer). |

I thought I'd make a topic for this really awesome Anime/Game series that I happen to enjoy, Dangan Ronpa. It's really interesting and suspenseful, and rather humorous too in ways. You should check it out if you haven't.![]() Well, here's what it is about, for those of you who haven't known, I'll tell you a little about the plot (but not too much). Dangan Ronpa starts with a bunch of kids getting accepted into this high school that has been said to be a really top quality high school, and one of the ones who is chosen is this boy named Makoto. However, shortly after arriving, they find that the High School is actually nothing like that, but far more worse. Turns out, that the High School is more of like a psycho-living quarters governed by a mysterious individual, and once you join, you are trapped inside and can not leave. The person who runs the school does not show herself, but rather "talks to them" using a black-and-white, remote-controlled, animatronic Bear that he calls "Monokuma." Through Monokuma, the "Headmaster" of this hellish prison that he calls a school, tells them that they shall be trapped forever unless one of them manages to "Graduate." The Headmaster then leaves about the school various things that the students can use to kill others with. In order to "graduate," one of the students must kill another student and not get caught. Whenever a student is found dead, they are all then taken into a trial, where they go to determine who is guilty of killing the student. If the culprit of the murder is proven guilty by the others, then he or she is "Sentenced to Death" by the HeadMaster, in one of many different, over-the-top, crazy and wacky and cartoonish Death Sentences. However, if the true murderer is not determined during the trial, then the one who killed the student is allowed to finally leave the school alive, while all the remaining others get killed by the headmaster. So after that, the "students" of the school now are faced with a massive challenge. They all must each find a means to kill their classmates without being revealed, and stay on the lookout for others who wish to do the same to them. They have become drawn into a vicious strive for survival. They soon become paranoid and insane, and one-by-one they start to fall. Soon, the students start to also try to look into the mysterious identity of the School Headmaster, and the reason behind his murderous games. So far, from what I've seen of it, I find Dangan Ronpa to be rather funny and crazy, but also very mysterious and suspenseful. Also, for some reason, the characters all have Pink Blood, which makes it even more silly. Believe it or not, It is just so hilarious! The most funniest and hilarious part of the series are the "Death Sentences" for the murderous students. These Executions for those who are proven guilty during the trials are ridiculously, but humorously over the top, with them being killed in some of the most silly and cartoonish and Lulzy ways that I've ever seen. I was literally laughing so hard at those Execution Scenes that it made my throat hurt afterwards. The executions are almost like something I'd see in Happy Tree Friends, or South Park's Killed Kenny, or Itchy and Scratchy from The Simpsons, or something else like that, which makes it not so gruesome and way more hilarious, if you know what I mean Like for instance, one "death sentence" involved Monokuma tying a boy onto the side of a Corny-Looking Rocket Ship and then launching him into space, then the rocket crash lands back down with the boy now being reduced to nothing but charred bones due to burning up in the atmosphere. Then there was a Death Sentence where one of the girls is getting tied up onto a pole and it looks like she is going to get burned, when suddenly Monokuma comes in, driving a huge Monster Truck, and crashes straight into her. Another "Death Sentence" involved this one "Student" who is really an advanced Computer AI who presents himself as an image of a boy's face on a Monitor Device, is put up on a stage for everyone to see, when suddenly MonoKuma drives a Backhoe onto the stage and repeatedly pulverizes the AI with the Backhoe. And there's plenty more ridiculous and goofy ways that the murderers are executed when they are found guilty. I haven't seen an anime/game series that makes me laugh this hard in a Long Time, and I will definitely watch the rest of it when I have the time to. Although sadly, it has no cuteness or cuddlyness or moe' and no actual Battles or Mechas or cool monstrous entities to fight though, which isn't very good and why it isn't on my favorites list now, but it's still notably decent. I am not sure if everyone would enjoy what Dangan Ronpa has to offer, it's not really for everyone, but the mystery and suspense might be enjoyable for some of you too. Watch the Anime or play the video game, and see what it is like. It's certainly a very "interesting" and unique anime, to say the least, and it made me laugh so much too! |

Yes, I've played Chrono Phantasma too. Also, check out these super cute things I found that are related to Blazblue. You might like them. Rachel Alucard in MMD Madoka Magica with Platinum the Trinity. This works so well since they are both Magical Girls, and Platinum has the same Voice Actress as Madoka too! |

| Some of the characters I use most, (other than Platinum The Trinity, who is no doubt my most favorite of all, as I mentioned earlier), have to be NU-13, Taokaka, and Rachel Alucard. They are just so awesome and fun to use, especially NU-13 with her Floating Sword Units and stuff. P |

| Believe it or not, the Indie puzzle game, Ao Oni, is coming out with a Live-Action Movie. Not much has been stated about it, except that it is scheduled to be released on July 5th, 2014, and that some of the actors in it will include Anna Iriyama, Kenta Suga, Syo Jinnai, Seika Furuhata, and Riku Ozeki. From the looks of things though, the movie is going to be a lot more scary and bloody than the game was. For those of you who aren't aware, Ao Oni is this puzzle game that is about a bunch of kids who go to investigate a haunted mansion where a strange monster is said to be lurking, only to end up trapped inside and get chased by the said monster, the Ao Oni (who looks more like a Bobblehead of the Blue Man Group), as well as a bunch of other silly-looking monsters there too, and have to solve puzzles in order to escape. It's free to download, and interesting in ways, although I wouldn't exactly call it scary (I dunno what makes some people scared about it anyways). Here's a link to the official website for the movie: http://aooni-movie.com/ Also, some screenshots of the movie in production.
