I play quite a bit of MM8BDM, and I've even made a bit of content for it. Anyways, if you can, try out eDuke32. It's a source port of DN3D for Windows that works quite well.

The smoke started to clear, and they could see the person inside. He seemed to be a blue falcon, a mobian like them, but there were definite differences; His eyes were much smaller, as was his head; He was also a bit taller than most mobians. His structure had a bit more human proportions. He seemed to be wearing a red flight suit of some sort, with cracked shoulder pads. "Yeah, he's an alien. Let's get him out of that thing!" Sarah said as she pulled the unconscious pilot out of the burning craft.

"Huh..." Sarah said to herself as she noticed that other people were coming here as well. She then looked at the object, which was definitely a ship. "...Aliens, cool." She walked up close to it, and noticed that what she assumed was the cockpit windows were filled with smoke. She touched the window, and it was quite hot, but not hot enough to burn her hand yet. So, she grabbed it and started to pull it open. "Hey, guys, mind helping? I don't want whoever's in this thing to suffocate!"

Sarah rushed through the trees, and saw the crashed object. The "meteor" itself was on fire, a thick black plume of smoke rising into the night sky. "That's not a meteor, that's...!" Sarah rushed over to investigate.
