PMD: The Mystery of the Bandits
Espeon frowned. She didn't like Jolteon's additude.

PMD: The Mystery of the Bandits
"It's a plain. With ruins on it. That's all I know." Espeon said.

Ways old Sonic games could have been better
Well, this is for ideas you have for the older Sonic games, basically any one that has already been released.

For example...

There are two things that put me off about Sonic CD: The system used for Time Travel, and the Special stages. I love the levels, the look, the music, those things I like. But I can't stand the time travel mechanic, as I always have trouble with it, and occationally travel in time when I don't want to. So, here's my idea.

Have the Time Stone hidden in the first act. You keep it for the rest of the Zone. When you get it, you get to simply travel in time whenever and wherever you want. You can just pause, select "Time Travel" off of the menu, select Past, Present, or Future, and then travel. There's the issue of getting stuck in the level due to doing this, but really, the original game sometimes had that happen too, and with this you can easily just go back, which is a point in this system's favor.

So that's my idea.

"Not much. I used to go there sometimes once in a while." Espeon said.

PMD: The Mystery of the Bandits
"We should be near the ruins by now." Espeon said.

PMD: The Mystery of the Bandits
"Yeah." Espeon replied simply.

PMD: The Mystery of the Bandits
"Well... The future. Some point, I just want to settle down with Umbreon, raise a family." Espeon said.

PMD: The Mystery of the Bandits
Espeon was quiet again. She was thinking about something.

PMD: The Mystery of the Bandits
"...Not really, no. Though, I'm still trying to get my head around the fact that Ninetails is our mother..." Espeon said.

PMD: The Mystery of the Bandits
Espeon also followed, but not as nervous.

PMD: The Mystery of the Bandits
Espeon nodded. "I'd love for you to come along, Umbreon, but you still need to rest."
"...Okay." Umbreon replied.

PMD: The Mystery of the Bandits
"...Okay. If Espeon trusts you, so should I." Umbreon said.

PMD: The Mystery of the Bandits
"You!" Umbreon exclaimed. She got up quickly, but winced in pain.
"Umbreon! He's not our enemy." Espeon said.

PMD: The Mystery of the Bandits
Umbreon was about to panic, but Espeon calmed her down. "It's alright, we're safe. There's more to these bandits than you think."

PMD: The Mystery of the Bandits
"Yeah... I am." Umbreon said. "Where am I?"

PMD: The Mystery of the Bandits
Vulpix was resting peacefully.

First, Espeon awoke. She watched Umbreon until she awoke as well.
"You're okay..." Espeon said.
"I'm..? What happened?" Umbreon asked.
"You here hurt by the Scyther." Espeon explained.

PMD: The Mystery of the Bandits
Vulpix nodded and lied down to sleep.

PMD: The Mystery of the Bandits
"I will. I won't put myself in any further danger." Vulpix said.

PMD: The Mystery of the Bandits
Vulpix smiled. "I love you, Jolteon."

PMD: The Mystery of the Bandits
"I worry about you every day." Vulpix said. "I worry about whether you will come back. You live a dangerous life, Jolteon, don't forget that."
