First of all, I would allow Donkeys as pets. That's the most important thing of them all.

Next, I would allow donkeys to vote, or become president. However they wouldn't be known as presidents. That's for humans. When they're elected, they're known as "Epic Donkeys."

And everyone will have a donkey-to-english dictionary. Because Donkeys.
