That would be kinda difficult considering nearly everyone that knew about Mewtwo is either dead or had there memory wiped clean.
I suppose someone could have made another one from scratch but its highly unlikely that Mew would have left that many fossils lying around.

And that just pisses me off even more.
In the whole argument of there being multiple legendary Pokemon in the anime universe Mewtwo was the only one that was across the fandom who was considered to be an individual due to his backstory, Now they shove this out of nowhere!
