Well, Whether or not you are allowed to stay permanently is still up for debate but that is something for the staff to decide and not something to really be talked about here.
At the moment I have no problem with letting you stay on, Just be warned that you will be monitored closely for your past actions.

Now that you bring that up, is it even possible to complete Emerald Coast in less than two minutes? I certainly never managed it.
It requires plenty of spindash boosting and cutting corners but it is possible to finish it in about 1 minute and 45 seconds.
