Hello I'm Nyx, I named my self basically off of the Greek Goddess of Night, Mother of Thanatos [God of DEATH! NOT the DEAD, that's Hades's Job] and Hypnos [NOT the Pokemon! .-.He is the God of Sleep] and basically because I LOVE Persona 3 [But I own 4]. Um.. Anyway, as my title says I'm new to this type of huge community. I'm used to full themed and plot RP sites and since I couldn't find one for sonic I settled for this one ^^; Let's see... about me?

Well I'm 19 years old, female, and African American. I am unemployed and I tend to be extremely lazy, lack muse alot, and get stressed over rps [I've been rping for 2 years now] and videogames =P [Yes, I have achieved the "No Life" status] I'm a Sonic Fan but not a HUGE one as I never really played the ones from the beginning. I played one or two for the Genesis but I was about 10 years old at the time.

I then moved on to The gamecube and began playing Sonic Adventure 2 and some other sonic themed games. I never got the newer Sonic games IE Sonic 06 or Sonic Unleashed. But I get a lot of bad reception from that game and some saying they don't see it as canon... I'm a HUGE Shadow/Amy Fan for reasons I do not know and I am sensible about it and don't mind jokes or comments on how "simple" my fandom is.

I have a strong belief that Amy could become stronger if given the chance, and for an odd reason I think of her having the element "water". -coughs- anyway I rambled enough nice to meet you all ^^ and I can't wait to start rping ^^ Kudos if you read this whole thing too

For goodness sake.

I'm gonna get one thing out of the way. I loved Sonic Adventure/ DX and SA2/B. But do we really need another one? What's the point in porting a game, then porting it again? If you ask me, SEGA should quit living in the past and do something different, despite what half of this fanbase says.

*sigh*

With that done, I will still look forward to this. Why? Because maybe SEGA will have this as the final product, not a glitch fest like SADX. And having said that, I will not have my hopes up.

How were they awesome? They haven't been awesome for awhile now, not since their metamorphic change into douches which has been a few months.

Because they were. Same with Duckroll, Hero, the list goes on.

I'm glad somebody finally did something about them...I bet it was partly Eprahim's own fault considering he was trying to get to me by sending me images from Encyclopedia Dramatica...Of course, I've seen so much that those didn't really even phase me, I just reported them. As for Venny...I have no idea how he even became a mod, that guy was just a jerk!

The thing is dislike the most about this website (of the few things I dislike) is how behind the general population here is. Most of the stuff reported about in "Secrets of Sonic" are way way WAY old and other websites found out these things years ago. People were talking about Sonic 3/MJ way back in 2006.

I don't want this to turn into a Pro-SADX/Anti-SADX argument, but IMO SADX was just as good as SA if not better.

I think he's talking about Sonic Genesis for GBA.

Sonic Team has made many ports. How am I supposed to tell what he is talking about?
