| The first is called Sky Gods and is a PSN title that runs on the Unreal 3 Engine. Second is either Blue Shift or Epoch Wars from Seed Studios. Seed Studios is the new formation of the company that made Okami. http://thatgamingsite.com/2008/08/2-new-ps3-exclusives/ Ok, not much info, but it sounds promising. The Unreal 3 Engine is high quality and Seed is an impressive studio. I'll be keeping my eye on all three of these. |

Hmmm, I've never played a Kingdom Hearts game, but I have heard many great things about it. I think I'll get Birth By Sleep when it comes out for PSP. Anyway here's something interesting for you KH fans about Kingdom Hearts 3.

| You must play non stop for hours. lol Anyway I would put Jak above Crash in terms of status now. Crash has only been out longer than Jak, but Jak has way more fans that Crash now and on PS2 Jak games owned Crash games 1000%... I'm looking forward to a new Naughty Dog game whether it be Jak or Uncharted. I wonder if they'll stop being quiet and show their work at the Tokyo Game Show? |

| That is one case there have been different suits against Blu Ray, and I also mentioned the layer thing. I may have been false about the 1930 date, but I know it was way before they had that technology or something... Anyhow, I didn't say the big companies were guilt free. They should probably do more patent research when making new technology, however the little companies are despicable and I think they should be destroyed. Little money grubbing punks waiting until their technology is widespread to make all the money they can. Just sue when they start infringing on your patent and let them create different technology with the same result... |

| Wow, that sucks... But here in America there are two companies for internet service. AT&T or Comcast. There are different mobile phone companies, but landline/DSL/Cable is bascially just two main ones that both rip you off. |

| It certainly doesn't take 10 years like that Immersion case or else you would have seen it in the news of them filing a case years ago. They filed the case nearly 10 years after Sony created the Dual Shock. Not went to court, FILED, so they waited that long... These people aren't legitimate, they are in it for the money, they don't care if they used their technology. Like that one about Blu Ray... The patent was filed in 1930(before any such technology came out) that anything emitting blue light, or something like that, was theirs... It was complete bull, and I think they lost. |

| I say sue them when they infringe on your patents, don't wait 5-10 years before you suddenly realize something. Plus a lot of these companies just patent technology and never use it, they just beat people to the punch so when it is made, they can sue. Sometimes(like the blu lazer diode in the Blu Ray/HD-DVD) these patents are so vague that they can sue for anything that remotely falls into the description, even if that is nothing related to what they patented. Why should these small companies get away with frivolous law suits? |

All these companies do is sue big companies when they are successful... Just like Immersion suing Microsoft and Sony for rumble technology. Now I hear Sony is getting Sued for Blu Ray, because it infringes on a patent and the small company says using multiple layers on a disc is their technology... Well DVDs have been using dual layers for years, but they didn't sue DVD companies. Plus Sony isn't the owner of Blu Ray anyway... Idiots!! |

| I don't see what the link you've provided with has anything to do with needing to get a Wii... All I see is an article that says Nintendo stole the idea... Damn dial up! I can't even watch it... Summary? |

| Resistance 2 SE Box Art winner!! |

![]() The box art itself still hasn’t been shown on Amazon (but it should come soon, as the IGN voting for the boxart earlier this week is already over for the US). The one above is simply of the three candidates (and the obvious favorite). But until now, we haven’t really known what was going to be the in CE edition of the game. Amazon’s got the lowdown on what will come for your $80. Like a lot of CE versions of games these days, Resistance 2 will come with a bonus disc with behind-the-scenes footage, video commentary from Insomniac themselves, and a video dubbed “Twisted History” chronology video. Of course, there’s more. It also comes with an exclusive multiplayer skin (HVAP Wraith), a double-sided art book ‘covering a war-torn America from two unique perspectives’, and even a sneak peek at the soon-to-happen Resistance novel “The Gathering Storm.” Yeah, they’re doing one too. Finally (yes, there’s STILL more), a 5.5″ figurine of a Chimera Hybrid will come with the package (holding a Bullseye). Preorder? HELL YES. http://gamextract.com/?p=1722 |

| Wow... My favorite sports car got beat. Not to say I don't like the Viper, but I prefer the Corvette. Unbelievable.... A 2009 Dodge Viper ACR has claimed the fastest time ever for a production car around the Nürburgring. The lap of 7:22 is just a few ticks quicker than the 7:26.4 lap set by the 2009 Corvette ZR1. It doesn't come as much of a surprise, since the ACR is the most brutal version of the already-unforgiving Viper, whereas the ZR1 actually drives well on the road. Nonetheless, the Viper ACR is the new unofficial king of the 'Ring. http://jalopnik.com/5042855/2009-dodge-viper-acr-steals-nrburgrin g-record-from-corvette-zr1-laps-in-722 |

| I always make car threads, but no one has seemed interested!! My favorite cars right now are the '09 Camaro, '08 Solstice, and '08 Sky. I drive a CRAPPY '88 Acura Legend and a nice '85 Chevrolet Suburban. 15 mpg, baby! Anyway, I used to drive a '96 Pontiac Firebird Formula. Best car we ever owned. ![]() |

You contradicted yourself there a little bit. Next gen does more than give it shinier graphics, it gives it that AI that you like. I played the original Forza and it was pretty good. #2 was even better, even though I have my gripes with the damage system. I'm waiting to see what Polyphony Digital can do with the PS3. They've only tapped it with prologue, so I can't wait to see the finalized product. I wish they would just make one game(Forza 2/GT5) and just update it with DLC instead of making sequels. Idk... It just seems like a cool idea because GT4 wasn't much different from GT3 and Forza 2 wasn't that much different from Forza 1. |

That makes no sense, considering they're all coming out for PS3. How does including multiplatform titles make my topic title incorrect? PS3 owners are still going to buy them... O_o |
