Twin Propeller has been added to the skin selection, although the buttons are not done. Sonic & Knuckles buttons have been finished. (changes in the buttons may occur)

This is a stretch, but just closing a firewall program(that is if you have one and not Windows firewall) doesn't shut down the program. It could still be running in the background. CTR ALT DEL > Processes and see if a firewall program is running still.

Probably the rhythm/beat to the song. Vocals... Only if they're extremely horrible or extremely good do they effect the song for me. Also I look for a catchy riff. Doesn't have to be complex, just catchy.

It has done that for me a few times too, but after a few seconds it goes back to normal and doesn't do it all the time. Just refresh.

Downloaded. I see. Maybe a No-CD patch could fix it? Idk, I vaguely remember having this problem as well. Although I reinstalled windows too and it worked.

I really wish I could find an answer for you, but when looking on Google this page comes up. Have you looked at the disc? Is it scratched? What about drives on your PC? Are they all installed? Have you reinstalled them after wiping your HDD?

7 is good. Every time they update, they don't really add much new. 7.0 is pretty close to CS3. I have CS2 and CS3.
