Microsoft owns the Halo franchise, not Bungie. Microsoft has created another studio for overlooking future Halo games.
Bungie themselves calls their new franchise: Crazy, Ambitious, and Grandiose.

They signed a 10 year publishing deal with Activision(ugh) so after Reach all of their games will be published by Activision. Perhaps Call of Duty: Futuristic Warfare? lol It's back to the good old days now.

Nice, but I was hoping for some Ghosties...
Aw well.
It's half-way done, there is still time to add them. I was going to do the main part of the forum like Act 2 so adding ghosts(which I have the sprites of) should not be too hard somewhere. |

| Uh, it's saved on your computer. If you change the skin to the sandopolis skin, it will stay that way and yes you have to manually change it because there are multiple test skins on that forum. |

You completely missed the point. The problem is simply the fact that Sony has sent out an apparently legitimate e-mail telling its customers to go screw themselves if they disagree with the rules in place. Despite the fact that they have right to do it, despite the fact that other companies have similar TOS, and despite the fact that the rule isn't brand new, that doesn't eliminate the fact that essentially saying, "We can do whatever we want to your console. And if you don't like it, you can delete your account and go the hell somewhere else" is simply a-holish behavior from any professional corporation.
They are not saying anything like that at all. There is no attitude there, there is no implying anything, it is just an email giving users a TOS. If they did not send it out, no one would be complaining, yet the rules would be exactly the same...
You even admit other companies have similar TOS's yet you some how think sending a reminder email is saying, "screw you" is a bit ridiculous. People are dumb and the only reason they aren't upset about everything is no one even reads company TOS, this is as bad as fans complaining about stuff in Sonic 4. |

And this is why I refuse to buy a PS3. I Don't need to worry about a PSP. I always back up my files just in case.
Yeah, I really doubt this is why you refuse to buy a PS3 as this is a recent change to the terms of service. Microsoft can do the same thing with the 360. SCE America is based in a country where pretty much everyone needs to cover their collective asses to prevent lawsuits and basically Sony is just protecting themselves legally, it does not mean they are going to release updates that are going to delete your save game data, etc... Just another misinterpreted thing by some site that wants HITS (a.k.a. people on their website).
Hmmm and check this out, this was already in the old TOS! So basically people are crying foul for no reason, sensationalist journalism at its worst.

| According to Spike, God of War 3 was the most anticipated game for this year. :p Of course that's just a poll by Spike viewers. I can't say my most anticipated as most of 2010's games aren't even revealed yet. |

| I don't think this actually proves anything... Not all of type #3 are going to be like Hitler and not all of types 1 & 2 will be good like the candidates. Furthermore, this test only lets us choose on limited data so what else are people going to decide on? In real life people can go further and see things differently, not everyone has their mind made up on first impressions. |

| I basically got it for $70 off. Lol In comparison to my old PSP Go it has a better browser(not better than the PS3's though) and better in organizing music(it's automatically sorted like how the PS3 does it), but much wosre of a gaming experience. IMO, the Go and touch are on par with eachother. |

It's an 8 gig and second gen. I got it on craigslist for only $130! The price is not where I lucked out with the deal though. I bought headphones for it and disappointingly found out that only one speaker worked and the jack was slightly broken.
So I went to the Apple store to see how much it would be to fix it. It turned out it still had 38 days under warranty so they just gave me a new one!  it's refurbished, but essentially new with no scratches. Pretty awesome, I like it but it absolutely SUCKS for games. That's ok though as I bought it mainly for music. |

That's to the DS and I don't think 3D for the Wii successor will be enough, PS3 is going to be 3D this year. Nintendo needs something that differentiates its console from the rest. |

Well the PS3 is only 3 years old and at the end of the year it will be 4, it has a few years left before a successor comes out and a long time before they discontinue it. I just hope they don't screw up the PS4 without Ken Kutaragi, I hope they don't dumb it down because the PS3 wasn't a complete domination. I hope it's a huge jump in power like every previous generation, why not have great games AND great graphics at the same time?
That said, I don't see Microsoft or Nintendo making new consoles any time soon either.

| Dice is taking advantage of this rip-off, they've already stated that they will NEVER charge you for BBC2 maps. I think it's kind of ridiculous that they are charging when we have games like Unreal Tournament that get tons for free. |
