Never saw it coming.

Have you ever had one of those days when you feel like your hopeless, and then, all of a sudden, something amazing happens to change your mind? Well, not to long ago, I was in my tech 1 class when a girl comes in the room. Remember that she wasn't even supposed to be there. Any way, she comes in and says that she wanted to speak to the "hottie" in the corner, pointing to me. Well, being the cool Casanova I am, I ended up saying the first thing to come to mind: "Who, me?". "Yeah," she said, speaking to the rest of the class and not directly to me (which I think was a little rude). "I see him every day and I just wanted to talk to him. How are you doing?" That's a real topic starter. "I'm doing very well, thank you for asking." That's an even better response to a topic starter. I failed so epically because I was in shock. I was usually the kid who wasn't that popular but still had friends. What would YOU do if it happened to you? She didn't stay long, but it left me a lot to think about. I'm actually still in shock.
