I'm from the future. The future is a utopia where all people are either police officers employed by giant corporations like walmart or pepsi or stay-at-home entrepreneurs who click and watch ads and join groups that discuss their favorite things online. One key aspect of the future is we all get along and we all love tips hints and tricks.
Vitamin C is the main building block of the skin and has been shown to fight depression. It's found in orange juice.
Blueberries are rich in antioxidants (that means they fight cancer).
